So I accidentally snapped this photo at the Rise Against show last night, and itβs probably the best photo Iβve ever taken in my life. YESS.

Sameer of Flyleaf and Ryan White during So I Thought. Two awesome people being awesome at Slim's in San Francisco.
I love this so much.
Young Guns at Afterhshock 2014. A short, but very sweet set. Hoping to see these guys a lot on their new album cycle!
Seether at Aftershock 2014. Seether has been one of my favorite bands for 10 years. It all started with "Broken," but when I listened to Karma and Effect for the first time, my music taste started to change (for the better, in my opinion). That is still one of my favorite albums to date, and this band will forever be in my top 5.
This was my fifth time getting to see them, and it was amazing. They had a limited set, and it was about 100 degrees out, but everyone was so energetic (crowd included). I was a bit bummed they didn't play more from the new album (or K&E), but they did play some newer riffs during songs, so I'll take it. It was awesome. I'm really hoping they make it over to the west coast more on this album cycle!
Nothing More at Aftershock 2014. Almost dying of heat stroke was so worth seeing these guys up front today. Even though I'm pretty sure the technical issues before they started cut their set short, they were so great live. 100+ degree heat did not slow them down. If you like the heavy rockness, definitely check these guys out.

TBT to Halestorm's set at Aftershock 2013. Better late than never, right? This band is everything live. I can't wait for the new album and new shows!
TBT to Papa Roach's set at last year's Aftershock. I almost died of heatstroke during their set, but it was so very worth it.
The last time I saw Chevelle was in March of 2007 in Fresno. Every time they've been in the area since, I haven't been able to make it. So last night..... was amazing sauce. They played a bit from every album, and the room was full of so many rock fans. It was like home. More photos to come!
Can't wait to do it again at Aftershock!
10 Years at Ace of Spades Sacramento in 2011.
These are by no means great photos, but hot damn this band kicks my ass in the best way every time I get to see them. This band is, in my opinion, one of the greatest and underrated hard rock bands around right now. Each album is uniquely heavy and beautiful in it's own way, and they always bring it 110% on stage, whether they're opening or headlining. Me gusta mucho.
*This was my first show at Ace of Spades, which is now my second favorite music venue. Pretty great sound, and awesome people. And it's a place where a lot of rock bands stop now if they don't come west to the Bay Area. You basically can't loose.
Beck at Outside Lands 2012

In This Moment at the Regency Ballroom in San Francisco on the Hellpop tour in November, 2013. My camera doesn't take the best low light photos, but I got a couple okay shots.
I go to a lot of shows, and I'm always singing and screaming along, but this was the first show that made my throat borderline bleed. If you've heard any of ITM's music, especially the Blood album, I'm sure you can guess why. Even with all the props and show-iness, they bring the energy on stage, and I'm so excited that I got to see them headline and play some older tunes before they started working on new music. Also, their lighting is amazing, but I think I was rocking out too hard to get some clearer images. Worth it though.
A few shots from the Foo Fighters set at Outside Lands in San Francisco in 2012. I got in line super early and waited at the barricade all day for them. Their set was after 6. Also got the set list afterwards. So very worth it! More OSL photos coming soon, and tons more BOB sets on the way!
Sick Puppies @ Ace of Spades, Sacramento, October 2011.This was the first time I got to see Sick Puppies headline (after only seeing them open), and they killed it. I had been a fan since I saw them open for Flyeaf in 2007, and had only see them grow as performers. In 2007, only a few people knew who they were from their Free Hugs video, but when this show rolled around in 2011, the venue filled with fans were singing along to each and every song they played that night. It made me one proud fan. Their new album is awesome, and I can't wait to see them again in a couple of weeks!
Sia Furler. This photo was taken at Outside Lands in 2011, and was the second time I had the chance to see her. Most people only know her from her collaborations with David Guetta and Rhianna, but if you ever have some time, please check out her solo work. Her live shows are incredible. She interacts with the crowd, and her presence is just fun and captivating. Even though she said she has retired from touring, I hope she does a couple of shows in support of her next album.
I've taken some time off from this project to figure out exactly what I want to do with it. Truth is, I have no idea. All I know is that I want to blog, and share my photos with other music fans and concert goers. So that's what I'm going to do... or at least attempt to. Indecisiveness is a wonderful thing, isn't it?

Carly and Ben, We Are The Fallen, Last Day Saloon, Santa Rosa, 2010
This one is a bit blurry, but I love how Carly's tattoo stands out. This was the second and last time I got to see them (for now!). Both times they put on an amazing live set, but this one was a headline show, so I got to hear their entire album and then some. Can't wait to see them again some day!
Noelle, Fitz and The Tantrums, Outside Lands Main Stage, San Francisco, 2012.
In honor of OL coming up, I thought I would dedicate my first post to theΒ SF music festival. I'd never heard of Fitz before, but I was front row for Foo Fighters that day, and their live set was so energetic and awesome.
