pros: pretending to be a giant egomaniac does wonders to one’s self esteem. Voguing sounds really fun. I also get to flirt with all the wonderful gorgeous carly cosplayers if they’re cool with it. I get to say the really fun dramatic Yugioh lines.

cons: I have to somehow add 7 inches to my height AND not break my knees while voguing. I do not know how to dance. This would be my first cosplay and an expensive one at that. I would sweat my ass off in the full fit

educational philosophy/math rapper Playboi Descartes:

pros: the stage name is fire. My single on philosophy will have a very easy cover to make: i just take Carti’s i am music and photoshop the word music out of it. I can make some really creative outfit designs. I get to write diss tracks on newton. Nonzero chance a middle school teacher would play my tracks for their class.

cons: I am completely musically inept. I will have to study much more philosophy than I ever would’ve wanted to. Much larger effort and monetary investment than a normal bit would’ve required. I will have to write a public statement distancing myself from both Playboi Carti and René Descartes due to the allegations.

I just woke up from this really weird nightmare? dream? thing? Where basically the next persona game was heavily inspired by House of Leaves.

I think the protagonist is a transfer student in a school for troubled teens. and after they learn about a phenomenon of doorways leading to places with impossible architecture, they form an expedition team with their friends dedicated to exploring the depths of these liminal spaces. So like I guess more similar to the kanepixels backrooms series but this had more of the aura of HoL. Dream was really freaky and I could literally feel moist breath at the back of my neck as the rooms warped around but it was so so peak.

i mean i guess it kinda makes sense, they’re both similar characters. Like similarly evil father figures, self loathing and convinced that they’re murderers. met the protagonist as a child and saved them in some way, and thus permanently altered the course of the protagonist’s life around trying to reunite with them, only for the protagonist to learn that they’re lowk evil now. A gradual redemption arc and evolution into real allies, going through insane lengths to save their respective protagonist, but still stubbornly refusing to label the protagonist as their friend. wait. give me like 4 days and I’ll cook up some sprite edits

anyway completely unrelated to my last post but i think if revolver vrains had to pick a commercial fragrance, it would probably be 1805 Tonnerre because of the strong smoke and gunpowder top notes, with a bit of citrus and salt before it all mellows out into the amber base note. some fragrantica reviewers say it smells a little chemically/synthetic but in this instance it’s more fitting for the character. I say all this with a 60% level of confidence

i was thinking about making a little guide to help people find scents on fragrantica using the note searching tool for fictional characters/oc design/yumeships but. It is way too much. the smells are a diabolical rabbit hole. Fragrantica has far, far too many options but no answers and it’s all so subjective that i want to scream because this is all a fool’s errand. it’s more efficient to google “perfume that smells like ______” and hope the redditors guide you to the answer.

#i spent the last 6 hours trying to find something that would evoke this one specific scent profile but nothing came up :(#if on the off chance anyone knows of a fragrance with a strong mountainy-ozone scent please lmk please please please #im thinking like a tall snow covered mountain in the middle of a heavy thunderstorm with maybe a bit of a metallic/leather scent in the bac #apparently no perfumer in human history has thought of this idea before and it saddens be greatly. my poor poor oc…
