When peace finally returned to the upper plains, many decided to stay behind to help the injured. Plenty was left to do between cleaning the area from RDA, rebuilding destroyed camps and strengthening trust between clans : no one was left bored. The Sarentus had chosen to stay in the mighty village of Zeswa for a while for this exact reason. Teylan too, had set up camp there.
It was in those same plains that he had, for the very first time, made tsaheylu with another living being after all. The Zeswa territory held a dear spot in his heart he couldn’t deny. Despite his first clumsy steps, hesitant like a pa’li still learning how to stand, he quickly found in Okul the support he needed to navigate through these harsh winds.
The Na’vi was wise and patient, everything Teylan was happy to discover once each of his friends was requisitioned for help. Okul did not mind one bit having an apprentice, quite the contrary, they seemed jolly and perhaps it signified the renewal of Kame’tire and Sarentu’s friendship. When the herbalist learned of the youngster's will to be trained to the Na’vi way of life, they did not wait a single second more before dragging him to their workshop.
Okul gave Teylan the card to a brand new world: they taught him recipes, allowed him to taste novel things and discover fresh flavors he never even dared think about in the past. The Sarentu opened his eyes to the beauty of Pandora and its Great Balance, how one must never gather more than necessary and always thank the land for providing. The man learned new things about himself as well: how there were several textures which would make his tail shrink and tongue fold in disgust, how there were several others that his body recognized as home.
Teylan enjoyed discovering Pandora with Okul, had fun crushing berries to create dye he would then use to paint Nopsi and every zakru close enough to him: Teylan was happy.
Yet, among this routine he found out to love, one single activity spiked his anxiety to its highest peak; gathering materials. Teylan and Okul had to leave the village in search of plants and fruits, mounting pa’li and even though the feel of its hoofs running over the fresh grass of the plains was exhilarating, it couldn’t make up for his stress. Okul knew a huge number of herbs, but obviously not all of them. They did not come from the plains, after all, yet their extensive knowledge helped them greatly. What worried Teylan to no end was your presence.
Okul spoke highly of you, insisted on how strong of a warrior you were and helped during the great liberation of the plains. Alongside Tamtey and your clan, you had vehemently fought to bring peace upon Pandora.
You were not particularly kind, polite in the simplest way, answering when needed and never fighting to make yourself heard. Teylan did not really understand you, to be honest. Every time without exception, you would accompany them to the plains without them even asking.
Okul always laughed when you’d approach their mounts and would tease you with the calmest of voices. You constantly retorted with criticism or something along the lines of a reproach. “This is not suitable armor for the plains,” you’d say upon seeing both of them in their light attire, and Okul would glance at Teylan as if he was part of whatever this conversation was, and answer: “Oh really ? Well, it is good then that your strong spear will protect us.” Their eyes held a glint that Teylan often missed, too busy sweating buckets at your upset expression.
The man was terrified to offend you in any way as you did not seem particularly close to Okul. In fact, he didn’t know why you were so adamant on following them to the plains. Perhaps your Olo’eykte ordered you to, but in a way, Teylan was thankful for your company. Despite the strange tension between Okul and you, he supposed you were watching over both of them since, even if they were resourceful, you clearly knew these lands better than them. Teylan recalled the numerous nantang prowling around and was relieved to know he could solely concentrate on Okul’s teaching without having to stay guarded from danger.
Okul was too kind for their own good, Teylan quickly noticed. They never got upset at your criticisms and did not question your decisions in any way. The Sarentu felt awkward, stuck between you both and the strange dynamic you had but believed he should not interfere. Perhaps your differences were too big to overcome: a down-to-earth Zeswa warrior opposed to a Kame’tire stuck in the clouds.
Yet, deep down, Teylan thought you could’ve been a complementary duo since Okul was an excellent healer and you were a fierce fighter. But, well, he could not change your mind now, could he ? The last thing he wanted was to get in trouble with any of you and risk either angering you or losing Okul’s friendship. You did not seem fond of the Kame’tire, made it quite clear, and that was it. Although, your indifference towards Teylan confused him.
Sometimes, he tried to hold conversations with you that usually did not end like he would have liked, leaving him spending sleepless nights staring at the ceiling of the tent. He’d ask you questions, stutter like a fool and inquire about your life in the plains. Once, (he can’t forget the shame he felt that day, he repeated every word of that interaction in his head for weeks after that) Teylan asked you with all the good in the world, how did you know the area so well. Confused, you looked him right in the eyes, raised a brow and said you were born here.
Teylan went purple, feeling like the stupidest Na’vi of Pandora, Okul laughed behind you, as if watching a doll’s show like the ones they have at home.
Today was no different: your strange trio stood in the plains, contemplating the world. Okul knelt down, hands busy holding a harpoon bush near their face. By the sheer smell alone, the herbalist was able to tell the fruits would be perfect for harvest. The river was softly streaming behind them, splashing on nearby rocks peacefully. The plains were back to what they once were.
His hands, Teylan noticed, were long, slender yet strong. He could easily tell Okul had been working the land for years. Their body was not one of a fighter, but of a peaceful healer. Tranquil and strong like roots: it was so clearly Okul and the Sarentu could spend hours just staring at them, had spent hours looking at them. Maybe he did have a problem, after all, Teylan realized with horror.
The man shuts his eyes, fighting the urge to slap his cheek to bring him back to reality. Concentrate, he repeated in his mind,I need to concentrate. His face warms, feeling ashamed of the way he was ogling Okul. His eyes lay on you then, hoping you haven’t seen him so weak: you were standing close by, unaware of the existential crisis the man was going through and he almost laughed at the ridicule of the situation. As always, you seemed ready to strike at any danger and Teylan, despite the task he had been given, found himself unable to detach his eyes from your figure. The Sarentu’s hands were slowly losing their grasp on the berry he was holding. The Kame’tire was talking to him, surely about the plants and the proper way to pluck them but your stance and hold on your knife somehow managed to catch his eyes. You looked upset to be here.
Genuinely, what were you doing following them this much if you did not like them ? Was Teylan missing something ? Sure he could be a little dense sometimes, naive too and interactions were difficult with new people but he could tell when his presence was not appreciated… right ?
“What are you looking at, Teylan ?” His hold on the berry hardened and it snapped, red juice dripping in his palms and between his fingers. The man’s face burned, he apologized, (to Okul ? to the plant ? he didn’t know,) but tried to wipe his hands on the leaves. The Kame’tire laughed.
“The berries are ripe, they will burst all over you if you play with them too much.” His sticky fingers suddenly felt much more heavy under your prying gazes. Your ears fluttered, raising a brow at him and Okul approached without a word, a faint smile on their lips.
Eventually, the situation faded and the small group departed, on their way to another destination. Okul’s basket was full of ripe berries that they would use for dye and food. When Teylan noticed you staring at Okul, he took advantage of it to glance at your gear. He doesn’t know what to think of your war paint and strong armor.
Despite all the efforts and shame Teylan ever experienced with you, it would be lying to say he hated you.
Okul’s eyes were happily drinking in their surroundings, smiling like they always were in the middle of nature and people they loved. The Sarentu barely hears you asking them to watch their steps, to which they laughed and sweetly smiled at you as if you had whispered sweet nothings into their ears. You were harsh and that was something Teylan liked and hated at the same time. He was used to everyone babying him, forgiving him and treating him like an idiot. But here, with you teaching him like your equal and Okul sharing their knowledge; Teylan felt like a real person for once.
In fact, it saddened him to think he’d never get to enjoy a proper discussion with Okul and you. The Kame’tire happened to take a much bigger space in Teylan’s heart than what he originally planned, charming him with their calm and steady voice, their admiration for the flora and captivating him by their sweet demeanor. Teylan did not wish to think too much about their physical traits as it always seemed to awaken something inside him that he was not sure he was ready to tackle at the moment.
Teylan had already too much on his plate right now and thinking about the two Na’vi next to him wouldn’t do him good. The man was in his head, far away from Pandora, and did not notice where his feet were landing, but you did.
“Watch where you’re going.” You suddenly said, ripping him from his thoughts, right in front of a hole his feet surely would have fallen into. Teylan startled, leg stopping in the air as his eyes finally noticed the danger. The man stuttered an apology, laughing slightly to hide his embarrassment and, upon turning to face you and thank you properly, he did not notice Okul walking so close behind him and knocked into them. The herbalist lost balance, hands tightening around the bowl they always brought with them, before you caught them without a sweat, steadying them by holding their waist.
Teylan’s hands went to the air, horror dawning on him at the realization of what he had done. “I’m sorry ! Sorry ! I was- I was just…” He thought that if Eywa had chosen to take him right then and there, he would have been happy to join her.
“Distracted,” you finished for him, stern and worry mixing together. The Sarentu only noticed your stern reprimand. “Again.” Teylan apologized once more but cringed upon noticing he was repeating himself. Okul stood up, nodding to you as acknowledgment and stepping towards him when you let go of their body.
“Do not be so scared Teylan,” the herbalist laughed, “Zeswas are all wind no thunder.”
“We are not,” you cut in, “I am simply stating that being distracted can put him at risk.” The herbalist tail’s flickered as their step slowly approached you. Teylan swallowed a lump, a tension so thick one could cut it with a knife floated between you. “I am sure Teylan understands.” you said and the man was left speechless. Okul tilted their head towards yours, a faint smile graced their lips and Teylan was surprised to find you grinning.
“I think Teylan is elsewhere today.” Okul teased, Teylan tried to justify himself, even though he didn’t have any arguments, but barely had the time to pronounce the first singular pronoun before he was interrupted. “I believed it was your duty to protect us, was it not, oh brave zeswa ?”
Teylan felt he was seeing something he shouldn’t be seeing, yet he couldn’t stare anywhere else than at the strange scene unfolding in front of him. The Kame’tire lays a gentle hand on your arm, ears fluttering as their thumb slowly caresses at your skin. Teylan understood this like an insult.
“Do not be too harsh on him,” Okul smiled. “He can dream a little if he wants to, nothing is wrong with being in your own head from time to time.” You shrugged with the composure of years of training. “Nothing is wrong with being devoured by a nantang, too.”
“Why would such things happen to Teylan ?” Okul teased, voice light like a leaf, “We both know you would never let that occur.”
“I-I’m sorry, for, uh, not being attentive.” Both of you finally turned to him, remembering his existence even though he was all you were talking about. Now that he had your attention, he burnt from the inside, feeling stupid for standing so stiff in front of you. “It won’t happen again, I swear.” Okul smiled, approaching him with a glint in their eyes that said they knew something that Teylan didn’t.
“Teylan, I think you worry too much.” But the Sarentu stepped back when the herbalist came too close, as if their mere presence would somehow manage to melt his skin. Okul did not mention it, but you frowned.
“What is the matter with you today ?” you asked, recalling the ruined berry, the inattentiveness and the overall strange avoidant behavior he had all day. Okul’s ears twitched at the sound of your voice and they instantly turned to you. Perhaps Teylan really had understood it all wrong, or were his fantasies taking over ?
The Kame’tire says something the Sarentu can’t catch, too busy eyeing the hand they had once again placed on your arm. You never moved it despite the more agitated you were getting. You raised your eyes to the sky when the Na’vi spoke and they nodded as if trying to prove their point, your words being impossible to hear anymore over the beating of his heart.
You point an open palm towards Teylan and Okul stands between you like a shield. The Sarentu thought he was screwed because, watching you talk together, he was utterly unable to tell which of the two was the sexiest. You call his name once, twice before he finally blinks out of his daze.
“Are you okay ?” You repeated, his eyes widened in surprise. You frowned, thinking that something was off with him today. Teylan could confirm it: he was horrified at the situation.
Eywa, something definitely was wrong with him, he thought, but couldn’t dwell on it any further since the Kame’tire laughed, a sound straight up coming from Eywa’s hands herself. His eyes still on you, ears on the herbalist, a horrible, greedy thought crossed his mind: could he have both ?
“I-I think Alex needs me at the lab,” he mustered the courage to lie, “We should probably…” Teylan left the rest of his sentence up to your imagination, believing it to be clear enough as it was. You nodded and the Sarentu never wanted to kiss you as bad as he did that day.
“Yes,” confirmed Okul, sending a smile in his direction. Shit, Teylan thought, is it bad that I want to kiss them too ? “We gathered enough dye for a village ! The Zakrus will be pleased to see us return. I can already see the wonderful drawings everyone will share with us.” And on these last words, your small group mounted your pa’li and galloped away.
Overall, it was a heartening sight than to watch a Sarentu, a Kame’tire and a Zeswa work together in the plains. The much-needed spirit of unity perfectly displayed by your original trio. Even if The Games have been disrupted by tragic events, it was heartwarming to see you come back all together on pa’li’s back.
Teylan merely waved you goodbye before he ran straight to the lab, leaving two dumbfounded Na’vi behind. You stared at each other in confusion, wondering what had gotten into him. Okul holds your hand in their, searching for your eyes in worry. “Do you think we scared him ?”
His bright green gaze charms you and the green painting half of his face is a color you were ready to call home. “He probably is not used to this.” Okul nodded, simply hoping Teylan wouldn’t avoid them forever after this.
When the Sarentu entered the resistance, he couldn’t close his eyes without seeing a picture perfect image of Okul kissing you. Your hands on their waist as you pulled them to you, both of your chests colliding, blending your body-paints together, your mouth hungry for each other and… Teylan was screwed.
When you weren’t kissing each other, you were kissing him and he did not know what was worst. Surely, all of this was wrong, right ? You could not possibly do these kinds of things (the word ‘sex’ was still too bold, foreign for Teylan who would rather avoid thinking of it) as a trio. Anqa and Priya were a duo, just like Daniela and Jin were. The man slaps his own head, cursing at himself for even thinking of the possibility of one of you liking him like this.
Alex raised a brow, laughing at the man’s antics before going back to his occupations silently.
Days passed in a slow almost agonizing rhythm during which your trio’s interactions complexified. It was getting harder and harder for the Sarentu to contain his crush, and the guilt and utter shame he felt with each little-too-long-glance and flutter of his tail, he feared that you would discover him. His stomach would warm, swirling with feelings he had never experienced before and he was terrified of the outcome of this. Was he really this egoistical ? Couldn’t he settle with only one, like everyone else did ?
His greedy self had come to the conclusions days ago that he couldn’t, choosing between your strong arms and Okul’s soft hands was the subject of his long internal debate. Shit, he would often fantasize about coming back injured, exhausted. And you’d be there, at the village, scolding him yet in his dreams, it was out of worry more than anger. Okul would calm you down, caressing your skin like they did the other day and then take care of Teylan by spreading balm on his body while you scratched his head, whispering in his ear that he did well.
Okay, he was a freak, that was established in his mind for now.
Back then, he wouldn’t have dared think of you in such a… Sensual light, but recent events changed his views in irreparable ways. After another greatly successful harvest, the village gathered around the fire to share stories. Some warriors were painting each other, some brought color to the zakru. The atmosphere was one of celebration: life was finally getting better.
The village was rising from its ashes, regaining its past glory. Injured were no more, health was good and there was enough food for everyone. That night, Teylan had sat next to the fire, playing with his tablet and having abandoned his hat for the night (perhaps he wanted to fit in more than he thought, he didn’t know). Tamtey was next to him, engaging in funny stories that always made him laugh with his stomach and cheeks hurt. He did not want to think too much of it, but he hadn't seen any of you tonight and was getting fidgety.
When Tamtey excused themselves, claiming they had to leave for a short moment, they disappeared into the night, leaving the man alone. He didn’t like being on his own usually, hated how it made him feel like he was at TAP again, but this feeling wasn’t there today, probably because he was surrounded by people. Yet, he spent this alone time playing with his screen, watching over data and reading Na’vi’s history.
What Teylan did not think possible however, was you sitting next to him uncalled for. The man freezes, hands going rigid on his tablet. He tries to glance at you from the corner of his eyes, but he swallows when you frown, staring intensely at his head. “Your hair is a mess.” You said, Teylan almost fainted. “Well… Today was long ?” You laughed, and his ears went up. It probably was the first time he had made you laugh. Surely also the first time he actually managed to handle a normal conversation with you. “Is anyone helping you braid them ?”
The man cleared his throat, nervously placing his tech on the ground to turn to you. The fire seemed to dance on your profile, allowing him to see you in a calm light he rarely ever saw. You had changed clothes, now only in a peaceful attire the man was sure to remember for eternity.
Teylan muttered something along the lines of Ri’nela braiding his hair, but since they were short and that he only had one or two braids, it was a little useless. When you stayed silent, he anxiously tried to fill the void and started ranting about how Zeswa’s hairstyle was awesome and that if he could, he would style it like you. You chuckled and rose to your feet in one swift motion. Teylan panicked, trying to turn around to see you but you kept him looking forwards with a firm press to his head.
“Why did you not ask me ?” You sighed, exasperated with him, and Teylan couldn’t believe his ears. Despite him not seeing you, you rolled your eyes, wondering what was going on in his head. His body was tensed, shoulders high and hard; when you noticed, you pressed your palms on them and it helped him ease. He breathed a sigh of relief, hoping you haven’t caught it.
You started braiding his hair the best you could with his short length and, in the middle of it, Okul appeared next to you, sitting in front of Teylan and distracting him. “You should try this, it is fresh and sweet.” Okul said, the Sarentu inched down to grab at whatever the Kame’tire was handing him and you hissed at the disturbance. Teylan apologized, tried to look at you but your free hand seized his jaw and positioned him how you wanted.
The Sarentu did not want to admit it, but the way warmth pooled in his stomach at the contact was humiliating. His cheeks turned purple, not going unnoticed by Okul who laughed, kneeling in front of him to have their bowl at Teylan’s level. You snapped at the Kame’tire to stop disturbing the Sarentu and the latter feared another dispute erupting. But Okul was calm, calmer than you and barely minded your tone.
“Sharing is caring,” they smiled, picking a fruit out of the wooden recipient. “It is the purest form of Na’vi love, Teylan.” The Sarentu’s body warmed, he winced, feeling stupid for reacting in such a way because of the mere mention of love. Perhaps it was more the fact that it came from their mouth that bothered him. The Kame’tire, not wishing to upset you any further, started hand-feeding the Sarentu who, stuck between you both, was equally exactly where he wished to be and the last place he wanted to be.
Teylan could feel your fingers threading in his hair, sometimes brushing his ears and shudders were crossing his body. The sensible skin of his lips was caressed by Okul’s fingers that he could lick would he have had the will. Everyone was staring at them, smiling and laughing at the scene but he did not notice them: Teylan was the happiest he’s ever been. Smiling like a fool every time you moved his head, every time he was served food. Eywa truly was good.
You slapped him gently on the shoulder, and Teylan winced. “Stop moving,” you scolded. His skin burned where you touched him, but not out of pain. Okul laid their cold palm on it to ease the sting. Teylan was drowning in a sea he had voluntarily jumped into. “Do you want your braids to be twisted ?” You hissed. His chin soon found its rightful spot back in your hold as you rectified his face’s position.
The night slowly finished this calmly, fire cracking behind them, laughter filling the village, and Teylan almost submerged in the best way by the attention he was getting. Now he was not stupid, he could tell something had changed between you. Why, though ? He couldn’t tell. This small party had done damage to his brain Mercer could only dream of: Teylan was a changed man.
Everyone else could see it. He was more confident, walking with a strong stride among Zeswa like he belonged, no longer ashamed of who he was. Questions still lingered, still, he often thought: Was he lying to himself ? As far as he was concerned, no other Zeswa had combed his hair like you did. And no other Kame’tire had ever hand-fed him like Okul did.
Was there hope for his depraved fantasies ? Could he really have both ? Teylan did not want to get too ahead of himself, but a horrifying thought crossed his mind: what if both of you were fighting over him ? No, he was not worth the trouble. Deep inside of him, he felt ashamed to want both of you, together.
The next day, Teylan was exhausted. Mind full with scenarios and angst, he hadn’t closed his eyes much for the night. He was restless. Yesterday, Okul had mentioned something along the line of giving berries to the Zeswas. So he tried to cheer himself up, splashed water in his face and head out.
When he arrived at the main tent, few were awake, the others well too tired from the party. Novao was standing close to the cooking pot, and Teylan approached him. The Zeswa always liked to try new dishes and flavors, Okul and him would often discuss recipes around the fire. If the Sarentu remembers correctly, he was the one in need of berries and, if Okul’s position near the tent’s entrance was proof enough, Novao hasn't received any yet.
Happy to be useful, the Sarentu stepped towards the Zeswa with a pep in his walk. As soon as Novao noticed him, he whistled, backing away from the stove and opening his arms wide in surprise. “Here is the mate’s thief !” He claimed, people around him laughed. Teylan frowned, his smile trembling in confusion. “Thief ?” He repeated, glancing at everyone around, “I didn’t steal anything.” He laughed sheepishly, scratching at his neck.
Novao slapped Teylan’s back like two brothers playing together, the Sarentu winced at the strength of the man but did not complain, only sending him a confused glare when others Zeswa nodded to him with a smile. Teylan noticed Okul had strayed from the tent, approaching the pa’lis. Fearing they may leave without him, the Sarentu tried to get away from the strong grasp of Novao, to no avail.
“How did you do it, brother ?” The Zeswa laughed, looking above Teylan’s shoulder. “Do what ?” Teylan asks with the unawareness of a blind. “Come on ! Do not play dumb with us !” Another said, keeping their gaze behind him. “It is normal,” one said, “Now that the Sarentu are back, everyone want to lay their hands on them.” The small group laughed, leaving Teylan in the mist.
“What a heartthrob, who would have thought ?” Novao says, “And to think I believed you to be on our side !” Heartthrob: was he a heartthrob ? He wondered. If he was, he would be the first surprised.
“What side ? I am on your side.” Novao grabs Teylan’s neck, holding it with too much force but in a strange try of appearing hearty. Another Zeswa mocked Novao, telling him to take example on the Sarentu.
“Look, I-I have to go so…” Teylan said, sliding under his arm and away from the man’s grasp. The Sarentu pointed to the outside, stepping back slowly. “Ah, of course ! Duty calls !” Novao’s boisterous laugh sparkled in the tent. Teylan nodded, not knowing what he meant but still going along with it. He never really understood Zeswa’s humor, anyway.
Before leaving, he quickly threw the basket of berries on the ground and hurriedly fled. With disappointment in his heart, Teylan discovered that Okul had already left. The usual herd of pa’li had decreased and, if the Sarentu didn’t know better, he wouldn’t have noticed the two animals less. But Teylan did know better and his heart tightened in his chest at the understanding that you had left; together.
Teylan felt left out, abandoned. The man would have loved to go out with you two and did not understand why you had needed to leave him here alone. Sure, he was distracted these past few days, but he was assiduous and always tried his best in understanding your teachings. It’s like you purposely hid from him and sneaked away.
“You are like a pod fruit,” A Zeswa laughs, Teylan turns towards the voice. Thanks to Okul, the Sarentu knew what they were talking about but still did not understand the link. “I look like a pod fruit ?” Teylan asked in confusion. “Yes, completely defenseless without both of your shells protecting you.”
Teylan grimaces when he understands that the Zeswa was making fun of him. His shells, probably Okul and you. Great, now he was the laughing stock of the village. He really shouldn’t have indulged in his fantasies yesterday night… But well, it was too late and he at least had daydreaming contents for years to come now.
“If you are searching for them, they have already left. They rode pa’li to the east side.”
Teylan nodded, deep in thought. Your trio already has been to the east side of the plains, but he could not wrap his head around what was so interesting that you literally abandoned him here.
Mounting the nearest pa’li available, Teylan quickly started following your lead after thanking the Zeswa. Even though angst lived in the pit of his stomach, he was also eager to show both of you how strong he had gotten over the weeks. Of course the plains still were dangerous, were for everyone and nantang could jump at him at any moment, but the fear was a far away thought in his brewing mind.
Why had you disappeared ? Teylan couldn’t pinpoint a moment where you had informed him of today’s outing. Had you, somehow, crossed a line yesterday ? Perhaps the ordeal was too intimate, and you were now avoiding him to make up for it.
Worse: what if you two got tired of him ? Okul wouldn’t teach him anything anymore, and you would ignore him like he was a less than nothing ! His pa’li felt his fears and grunted, quickening his pace. Teylan’s senses could tell him you were nearby and he felt he was getting closer by the minutes.
The pa’li eventually stopped, sensing it had arrived at its destination and the Sarentu jumped down from it. The graceful animal had laid him off in front of a huge cave going down Pandora. Teylan swallowed, making sure his radio was carefully fastened around his neck and nodded as if to motivate himself.
Something told him you were inside, be it his Na’vi senses or his heart; he knew you had stopped inside. He glanced behind him, at the plain around him and noticed a pair of pa’li taking in the suns warmth further away. Teylan’s heart quickened. Of course you had come all the way over here: the cave was deep, filled with all sorts of medicinal herbs. Okul loved the place for its silence and relaxing atmosphere. Here, the Na’vi could enjoy their privacy.
Teylan entered the mouth slowly, crouching and ready to flee at any danger. Nothing was emanating from the depth of the cave, pushing doubts to the front of his mind. Were you really inside ? He wondered. But some part of him believed he had to check and make sure.
During his trip down, Teylan slipped well too many times for him to thank Eywa that no one was there to see him. His senses were tingling and the longer he walked, the bigger his confidence was that you were here. The path was littered with moss and colorful flowers the Sarentu could only dream of knowing the names of. He understood why Okul had come here, but a sting lingered in his chest at the disappointment of not being included. Every trail led to one big area, then finally, Teylan set foot in the largest chamber of the cave with a sad sigh, and his heart fell.
Standing against the wall together were Okul and you, kissing with your bodies pressed together.
A few sounds now reached his ears and sent heat flooding straight to his loincloth. His eyes widen, his tail straightens in his back and his breath stops. The Sarentu was paralyzed. He blinks at Okul’s arms around your neck, he swallows at your hands on their waist: never, in a million years, would Teylan have thought about that. His tongue lays heavy in his mouth and the man can’t tear his eyes off the scene. His skin is burning and his private parts are tingling.
Your tongue licks at Okul’s who sighs against your lips, your thumb caresses his soft skin and both of you laugh, sharing an intimacy that Teylan didn’t know was possible. Everything clicks in his mind. He thinks back to every argument you had together, you shouting at Okul, them smiling, and wonder: were you flirting ?
Teylan admires the clash of your colors, of Zeswa’s and Kame’tire’s mixing together in lust. He shouldn’t be here, he should leave. But shit, his mind is filled with pictures of you both pressing him against this same wall.
His hand grab at his loincloth’s fabric when a particular loud saliva sound echoes and his fingers change color from his hold alone. He finally realizes with horror what he’s doing and what he’s looking at. Teylan thinks you haven’t heard him and, in a glimmer of hope, tries to step back. But he can’t make a single move before your eyes land on him.
Your mouth leaves Okul’s and instead traces a path down to their neck all the while keeping eye contact with Teylan. He thinks this is the sexiest scene he’s ever laid his eyes upon. The Kame’tire’s laughs graces the Sarentu’s ears and his body stops functioning.
“Teylan,” Okul whispers (yet your Na’vi’s ears could catch it, ) in a whiny voice, turning their head to him as their palm presses your face further into their skin. “Do not stand there looking at us like this. Join us. » They say, Teylan squeaks, as if air was stuck in his throat when he slowly steps back. He burns, feeling his loincloth bother him too much for him to even think of staying here any longer.
You suck the skin on Okul’s neck, forcing them to flutter their eyes shut. Eventually, you stopped, grabbing at the Kame’tire’s too-many-layers and taking off a few of them. Teylan was still watching and you think that’s what turned you on so badly. You smile when your partner helps you get rid of his clothes but frown when noticing the Sarentu’s hesitant stand.
“What are you doing ?” You asked, more in a ‘why aren’t you joining ?’ kind of way, but Teylan understood it like a threat and swallowed. He didn’t know if he loved when you spoke to him like this or hated it.
“When did you- How… What the hell ?” Two pairs of ears flickered at the same time, confused at the change in language. You frowned, being the first one to talk. “I thought you knew.” you said and Teylan’s voice cracked when he meekly answered: “What ?”
“I told you he did not understand. You need to speak your mind or others will not understand you.”
“You two are…” Teylan swallows a lump in his throat and steps closer to you, frowning. “You were together ? All this time ?”
“Yes, is that why you never joined us ?”
“Joined you ?” Teylan felt his legs turn to water below him. “Yes,” said Okul, “We were waiting for you. We thought you did not like to take part in carnal desire. So, we did not insist.” Okul thinks for a while, then turns to you with a smile as they lay their palm on your cheek lovingly, “Which was strange, since you clearly seemed to feel the same things as us.”
Teylan blinked and suddenly, you and Okul’s hands were pressing on his chest, pushing him to the ground. His heart is beating fast, fastest it’s ever been and swallowing does not reduce the saliva pooling in his mouth. He’s incredibly nervous but you both don’t seem to mind. He stares up at both of you, standing over him and feels his dick hardens in his loincloth. Is this really happening ? Was he dreaming ?
It’s obvious in his body language that he never did anything like this before, yet Teylan does not feel pressured. In fact, he thinks he couldn’t have dreamed of better people to do this with.
Okul was the first to kiss him, sharing saliva and air. Teylan let himself be led, not by stress, but by desire. He was terribly excited and since you seemed more experienced than him, he offered his body to you. Teylan placed a hand on Okul's cheek, almost forgetting that it was his first kiss.
The Sarentu was impatient, he had thought, dreamed about this for months and did not want to wait any further. He begged Okul to get rid of their clothes while he was fidgeting with his own. “Such impatience,” you mocked him but he nodded, hooded eyes and begging mouth. “Yes, please just- I want this.” His heart beat in his ears, almost ringing, and his dick was painfully hard, already leaking.
Pleased by his eagerness, you got to work and undressed Okul as well. Teylan got rid of his gear and shirt, throwing it on the ground. Okul laughed, saying they hadn’t planned on having sex today and that their clothes were not really the most easy to remove. But in a chamber with a fearless Zeswa and a survivor Sarentu; nothing could resist you. You would do it now.
It would be a lie to say you both hadn’t wanted this for a while either. In fact, it was the main reason as to why you had sneaked out early this morning, because you had been horny thinking about yesterday party and how Okul took care of him while he allowed you to do whatever.
At first, you thought your attraction for the man was purely sexual but it didn’t last long and his kindness easily moved you. Now here you were, making out in the middle of a cave. Okul was quickly half-naked, keeping their chest covered in the hurry of the moment. Teylan still wore his loincloth, probably too nervous to remove it himself but you did not mind doing it for him.
Both of Okul’s and yours hands grabbed at the fabric of his remaining fabric, pulling it down just enough for his hard cock to spring free and hit his stomach. Teylan hissed at the fresh air licking at his member and wished to cover it in shame.
“Do not hide.” Okul said, straddling Teylan’s hips. “We really like the view,” they added.
Their pussy slides over Teylan’s cock, catching on the tip of it. The Sarentu’s head falls back with a soft thud, he shudders, accidentally thrusting into their warmth and moaning. “Do you want it ?” Okul asks and the man nods. “Now,” he says, thrusting to further slide his cock between their pussy lips.
You chuckle, positioning yourself behind the Kame’tire and taking advantage of it to slide your palms across their body. Teylan can’t help but be jealous: he wanted to be touched too, but the view of both of his crushes making out and caressing each other was too good to think of anything else.
He doesn’t want to miss any of this, so he supports himself on his elbow, admiring the show.
Okul’s wet pussy hovers over Teylan’s hard dick, taunting him and he whimpers, finally feeling warmth on his skin after what seemed like hours of deprivation. He lays his cheek on Okul’s shoulder, gazing up lazily at your form behind them. Teylan can’t hear his own voice but he thinks he asked you to put it in. His eyes are glazed over, half squinted as if he may close them at any moment.
Your fingers grab Okul’s jaw as you guide their face to yours and your lips meet, sharing saliva in front of a desperate Teylan. His cock tremble and he can’t control his hips thrusting up towards the Kame’tire’s pussy: it collides and slides sloppily between their folds. The Sarentu’s eyes are fixated on your linked mouths, catching sight of your wet tongues and lips. He wants to kiss you, both of you, he wishes to kiss you so bad. Teylan sticks his tongue as if he may taste the kiss from there, like a fool, but he was too far gone to care.
When you chuckled, separating your face from Okul’s, Teylan thinks you’ll finally give him attention. He whines, thrusting in the air once, then twice to be noticed. The Kame’tire teases him, telling him to be patient then, they reach below them and take a hold of the man’s cock, pumping it a few times, spreading its wetness in lewd squelch. The Sarentu was not responsive anymore, staring intensely at the way his cock half disappeared into their hold, at how good the feeling of their slender fingers around his shaft felt. Appreciating the state your partners were in, you decided to go further: your hands land on Okul’s shoulders when they guide Teylan’s tip to their entrance wordlessly.
Slowly, you push your lover down Teylan’s cock, allowing it to sink in completely to the hilt. The man slides on the ground, laying down entirely in a long, almost painful, moan. He barely hears you two laugh before Okul starts moving in slow circles on his shaft. His dick was deep, deeper than you two could have been with just your fingers and Teylan’s hand desperately search for something to anchor him and grab onto your strong arm next to him.
Teylan apologizes, he repeats apologies over and over, and you don't understand why until Okul feels his dick tremble inside of them and, without warning, the Sarentu comes deep inside the Kame’tire. Okul close their eyes, moaning at the warmth spreading through them and at the new fullness they experienced. In awe, you watch the white cream slides down his shaft still connected to your lover’s parts.
“You did good, Teylan,” you praised and Teylan’s face turned purple. He never heard you compliment him like this and he can’t believe his own ears. He can’t control it and, somehow, his dick hardens again. “I think Teylan wants more,” Okul teased and the concerned nodded, pleading. “Yes, again. I-I won’t disappoint you.” He adds, as if you were going to throw him out after this.
“We know you will not,” Okul said as they raised their hips up. When the herbalist’s ass slap against his body, his free hand grab onto their thigh, clawing at the skin there. He breathes with difficulty, almost choking on his own desire. Teylan thrusts powerfully with his hips, plunging deeper and deeper into his crush.
Laying down next to Teylan, you place your head on his shoulder to admire the view of Okul’s body riding the man’s cock. Their half-blue half-green body folding at particularly deep thrust under them. Languorously, your finger trace pattern on Teylan’s body, sliding across his skin and following his stripes.
Your palm caresses his soft skin, brushing against his torso and nipples as it passes. Teylan whimpers, turning his head to you. His eyes are almost closed and your faces are so close they are touching. Teylan can’t think and he inches closer, pressing his lips to yours. “You two are so cute,” Okul giggles. The man can only answer with a moan, hiding his face in your neck.
“But he likes it better when we kiss,” you laughed and raised from the ground. Teylan wants to complain at the lack of contact, but is rendered speechless when you grab onto Okul’s clothes to pull them towards you and into a fierce kiss.
The Kame’tire stopped moving, solely concentrated in your tongue swirling around theirs. It’s sloppy, saliva dripping onto your chins but Teylan is below it all and is certain that this scene will forever be engraved in his mind. Eventually, you part and Okul’s hips resume their up and down with more rhythm, quickening the pace and slapping their ass over and over again on his body.
Your hand find its spot back on his chest, thumbing at his nipples as you sucked on his neck, licking at his ear and biting sensible spots. Teylan was the happiest Na’vi on Pandora and could not imagine being in a better place. Okul straddled him, riding his cock like they would die if they stopped and you sucked and nipped at his neck.
“Are you not bored, my love ?” Okul asked you and you assured them you were not, clearly enjoying the situation. But they wouldn’t have that and smiled, mischief on their face. Stopping their movements when feeling Teylan approaching his high. “Are you hungry, Teylan ? I know you are,” The man nodded, because frankly, that was all he could do.
“I have just what you need,” they teased, reaching to hold your stoned thighs. Teylan understood immediately. “The sweetest of fruits,” Okul jokes. “Y-yes,” he mutters, “I want to taste it.” He licks at his lips, gazing up at you like you were a star in the sky and there wasn’t anything more lustful in this world.
Slowly, you remove your loincloth, throwing it behind you, and claim your seat on his chest. Teylan smiles foolishly and you think he looks beautiful with his hair spread around his head and his eyes veiled like this. Okul’s hand caresses the muscles above your ass, admiring the view of both your bodies straddling the poor man’s.
“Is Okul taking good care of you, Teylan ?” He is unable to respond, focusing only on the sensation of their hot pussy gripping his cock. Your voice sounds distant to him, as if a mountain separated you, but he nods still.
“I think Teylan is really happy. The happiest of us three,” Okul laughed and you shared their amusement. Your thumb presses on the Sarentu’s lips, pulling it slightly. Teylan’s eyes flutter, dazed to no end. He lets you do what you want because frankly, he couldn’t care less right now. He stares at your finger playing with his mouth, waiting. “Open up,” you say and he doesn’t wait before obeying.
Teylan welcomes your thumb in his mouth happily, letting you press it inside and twirling his tongue around it. The man sucks on your finger like he hasn’t eaten anything in months, sometimes biting it with eagerness.
“Stick out your tongue,” Teylan obeyed, opening his mouth and sticking his tongue out for you. You grinned at his pliant behavior and patted his cheeks softly. The man inched closer to your palm, seeking your contact but you grabbed at his chin to reposition him correctly. His cock trembled inside the Kame’tire, ready to burst at any moment.
“Oh, he liked that,” Okul said in awe. Finally, feeling your slick almost dripping on his chest, you sit on his face and your pussy hits his tongue. The warmth of his wet muscle brings you a short amount of relief and soon, your finger grabs his hair when Teylan starts licking your pussy. He was making a mess, not really knowing what to do but making up for it by being eager.
His strong arms wrap around your legs, pressing you down further onto his tongue, licking at everything you had to offer. You move your hips on his face, clit hitting his nose and Teylan slides his muscle in your entrance. The sight of his face in between your legs, eyes fucked and glazed over looking up at you with wetness all over his cheeks does it for you. Okul’s moans behind you intensify and you think Teylan came inside again.
His licks were sloppy, loud and full of drool but his tongue pressed on your clit one last time and your thighs trembled, tightening around his face and smothering him as you came all over his face. Okul followed shortly after, folding in half and laying their forehead on your back as they caught their breath.
Teylan was not moving anymore and you feared you had definitely choked him to death but when you free him from your thighs and let him come back to life, his foolish grin greets you. He is out of breath, chest rising up and down in a fast rhythm. The skin of his face is wet and shiny.
Teylan whines, mouth opening slightly, when Okul removed him from inside them. The Sarentu’s arms were still strictly wrapped around your legs, never letting go of them and the Kame’tire lays their chin on your shoulder, smiling down at Teylan.
You lick your lips, then pressing them slightly on Okul’s in a short kiss before resting your head on them. “Wow,” he breathes. “This is…” he starts, voice hoarse from earlier screaming. “This is the best day of my life.”
All of these past months’ fantasies, dark desires and wishes had come true when he least expected it. Teylan gazes up at both of your faces observing him lovingly from your position on his body and tilts his head to the side. You had sex, all three of you, together. This is not a dream, he is awake and you are real.
Teylan closes his eyes, feeling his heartbeat resume its usual rhythm and the cool cave air sting his skin. After such intense exercise, the sensation is welcome, his burning body almost steaming into the air and under your curious glares.
“I think we broke him,” Okul muttered into your skin, fingers grazing his cheek. The Sarentu shudders, tilting his head towards the light touch for more. “Teylan, can you stay alive ? I still need you tomorrow. I saw a gigantic bush on our way here.” Their voice came out well too eager for Teylan who was dried out on the ground. Okul’s palm parts the air, as if they could touch the plant. “The village surely needs some of these fruits. Oh, we have to go back ! So many different concoctions, so little time…” You sighed, rolling your eyes and getting off the man who slowly opened his eyes. Sleepily, he observes as both of you search for your clothes in the cold cave, scattered on the ground here and there. He reaches out for his chest, feeling the warm skin there where your bodies had sat and smiles languidly.
When grabbing his discarded shirt, Teylan think that, in the end, he did have both.
