Awesomesauce, this is Abaddon, my redeem arc Durge(https://imgur.com/a/2fRGG97 <- Link to what he looks like) He is a Lolth-Sworn Drow, and has always been a bit violent, even in childhood. He grew up defending Lolth's name, but left the underdark after deciding he wanted to get help for his violent urges. Before he was able to find help, Bhaal ended up getting hold of him, telling him that his violence made him strong and he should embrace it. He essentially became a father figure to him and manipulated him into being his chosen(He'd been watching the boy since he was born, intrigued by how easily violence seemed to come to him, and had been using divine intervention to make him MORE violent instead of letting it dim with age.) After Abaddon lost his memories and met the party, he had a found family moment, and they helped him realize that he was more than what he thought he was and that he could channel his urges into something more useful. So, he became a monster hunter(his class) and really put work into trying to overcome everything :D That's essentially what I have for right now on his backstory. Themes of perhaps cults, religion(if you're okay with those two things/nf), bugs, monsters, death, change, Bhaal, not being in control, corruption, nature, the underdark, and anything else you think fits. You're totally fine to come up with headcanons as well. Apologies if this is confusing
