Ich bin im beschaulichen Schmargendorf, ein Stadtteil von Charlottenburg/Wilmersdorf, über dieses äusserst hübsche Gebäude gestolpert. Es wurde 1902 von Otto Kerwien fertig gestellt. I found this beautiful building in a very quiet part of Schmargendorf, a part of Charlottenburg/Wilmersdorf. It was built in 1902 by Otto Kerwien. Brumm
