decided to break my 3 day fast into a 24hr and a 48hr to make it a little easier
except I went to break first one with a small dinner...
which turned into a binge...
and a purge...
and another binge....
and then a GIANT purge...
I hate myself sm
guys I got band practice sorted which means 72 HOUR FAST 🔥
started it at 9pm yesterday (Sunday), I'm home alone with my brother tonight so I can make dinner and hide in my room and not eat it
Then Tuesday I'll tell my bandmates I'm eating when I'm home and tell home I ate with them
Power through wednesday and break it that night
My brain is massive
does anyone have advice on dressing to keep yourself warm while not adding so much bulk that you feel obese 😭
I've gotten thin ish and am always cold now but I have broad shoulders so if I layer too much I literally look massive and it tweaks me out
family are away for two days you know what this means...

if I have band practice on Tuesday I can push my next meal back to Wednesday night as well and make it 72hrs but it is a bit risky

Am old metabolism wonky.
I got really drunk last night and ate half a pizza I'm going to kms
but oml it was good pizza
nearly fainted once yesterday twice today that's when you know it's working
I'm 8kg down since last summer and now only 6kg from finally hitting underweight so here's what I'm looking forward to/my reasons to continue locking in for summer
I won't be sweaty and having to wear basically no clothes to stay cool. I'm already cold constantly from the weight loss and lack of nutrition and I want this one to stick around when it's actually useful.
Long days out; first off I can just "casually" not eat (yes it's often on purpose but no-one in my life needs to know that), and I don't need to bother my friends to go get food cause I'm not giving in to hunger anymore.
Extension of long days out, I finally have the beginnings of a thigh gap so just a little more and I won't need to worry about my nemesis thigh chafing. Skirts and little shorts here I come bitches.
Being able to wear crop tops and tight shirts and have a snatched waist, even with minor bloating.
To finally be smaller than my guy friends. A lot of my guy friends are of the tall and skinny variety and NOTHING is more embarrassing than sitting next to them and having your thighs or arms be twice the size as theirs. Already noticing the difference is less extreme than it was and hopefully I can match their level.
Being able to sunbathe and not feel like an absolute whale
Picnics on the beach. Surprisingly you can get away with having a full picnic of fresh fruit and not only is it insanely fun but you don't need to panic about calories and you don't look weird for having it.
Shorts actually fitting right because I don't have a disproportionately big ass anymore.
Looking elegant in long summer dresses instead of looking like someone's mum.
Not having to wear a bunch of makeup in the heat because I won't need to make up for my ugly ass body anymore.
Living off fruit, smoothies iced coffee and energy drinks easily.
