Do you believe in destiny?
I didn't, until I learned about shifting. Ever since I was a child, I loved stories about parallel worlds, and when I heard them, I never doubted for a second that it was possible. Then, when I learned about shifting, I realized that many of my beliefs converged into one, and many of my favorite movies and TV shows dealt with shifting. And yet, even though I gave up many times and distanced myself from this practice, it always came back. It was always there for me. I didn't even look for it, but it was there in the books I read, in the music I listened to, in the movies and TV shows I discovered. Even when I discovered something new, I realized that there was always something that alluded to it, and it wasn't even something my brain vaguely connected to; it was the practice or the word itself. Shifting helped me discover myself. Now I understand what they mean by enjoying the journey and not just focusing on the destination, because I enjoy everything related to it. I'm grateful to have found this practice (which, just to clarify, is one of all the skills we have as beings; it's not our greatest) and that it has helped me so much. It's not an easy path, and God knows I know that. You can often feel frustrated or like an idiot for practicing it, but it's such a beautiful practice that I don't have the words to describe it. I'll just say that every part of my life brings me back, and every time I return, I feel at home. Note: If you've been doing this for a long time and haven't succeeded, stop looking at why it works for others and focus on why it doesn't work for you. Create your own theories, methods, etc., but make the practice more personal, and I assure you, this will be a great step forward.
Yo no la hacia, hasta que conoci el shifthing, desde que era niña me encataba las anécdotas de mundos parelelos y al escucharlas ni por un segundo dude de que si era posible.
Luego al conocer al shifthing me di cuenta que nuchas de mis creencias se juntaban en una sola y muchas de mis peliculas y series favoritas trataban sobre el shifthing.
Y sin embargo aunque muchas veces me rendi y me alejaba de esta practica siempre volvia, siempre estaba para mi, ni siquera la buscaba pero ahi estaba en los libros que lei, en la musica que escuchaba, en las películas/series que descubria, hasta cuando descubria algo nuevo me daba cuenta que siempre habia algo que le daba mencion y ni siquiera era algo levemente que mi cerebro relacionaba era la práctica o palabra en si.
El shifthing me ayudo a descubrirme a mi, ahora entiendo lo que decian de disfrutar el camino y no pensar solo en el fin, ya que yo disfruto de todo lo que se le relacione. Estoy agradecida de haber encontrado esta practica (que solo para aclarar es una mas de todas las habilidades que nosotros tenemos como seres, no es nuestro maximo) y que me haya ayudado tanto, no es un camino facil y Dios sabe que lo sé, que muchas veces te puedes sentir frustrado o como un idiota por practicarlo pero es una práctica tan linda que no tengo las palabras para describirlo, solo dire que cada parte de mi vida me trae de nuevo y cada vez que vulevo me siento en casa.
Si llevan mucho tiempo en esto y no les ha salido, dejen de ver porque a los demas si y enfonse en porque a ustedes no, creen sus propias teorias, metodos etc pero hagan la practica mas personal y esto les aseguro que sera un gran paso.
