- Always make sure to have a pampering morning & night routine at the least. From implementing a skincare routine ( for morning & night ), and doing face masks in the evening either once or twice a week.

- When packing your purse for outings ( not during these times, but ingeneral ), always take mints or gum, etc. Brush your teeth if you feel your breath isn’t right. This will always make you feel more fresh throughout the day.

- Taking a shower/bath everyday is essential. Make sure to have a separate care system for your feet, ears, private area, etc. This will help you feel fresh everywhere, and not just the more “general” parts of your body.

- Take care of your hair ! Know what products work best for your hair type, and do this routine regularly ( depending on your hair type ). Having a go-to hair mask, leave in conditioner, and hair spray are also really good.

- Have a favorite scent. I love fruity & sweet scents, so all my body products correlate with a theme. It makes you feel more put together when things match ( for me at least )
