if you’re talking about digital art specifically I got a drawing tablet from my brother when I was super young so it feels like I have been drawing digitally my whole life
however a stylus and a tablet are just the instruments you use! unfortunately I made a mistake by not learning the fundamentals of art early on!! so now I’m kind of struggling
it’s important to have fun with drawing and it’s possible to have fun with art studies too!
I don’t really know what to say about the process of learning because in my case it’s very chaotic
but please learn fundamentals (make it fun for you), treat yourself with drawing something you like!! (Malice mizer kinda helped me with my burnout lol) and enjoy the art!! your brain absorbs some cool stuff unconsciously so make a use of it!! create a folder/pinterest board with stuff you like and look at it every day!
