I think this theory is VERY possible, all based on the new bookshop.

Our current bookshop colors are Red and Yellow. Aziraphale chose those colors because they reminded him of Crowley.

But the new bookshop is blue and grey. These are very Aziraphale coded colors. The bookshop is a relection of Aziraphale, and this new bookshop is an Aziraphale who never knew Crowley.
