Ayana Violets

Sword lady and first lady are based on Adorkastock photos. Dress lady comes straight from my ass. Struggling with proportions and shit while observing life photos. Need to do the thumbnail thing more instead of just winging it like I've been doing. Need to plot out the skeleton of the pose and the general shapes before getting into the details. Not sure why I keep getting sidelined by the details. Need more practice.

The main treatment for fatty liver is weight loss, so that's good. I've already lost 10lbs since surgery. Once I'm under 330, I can buy this scale I've been eyeing. It's not digital, those things work like shit. So inaccurate.

Pain is minimal at this point. Mostly starts when I'm getting up from bed. Don't even need the Tylenol anymore. The worst part these last few days was the itch caused by the healing. Healing releases histamines. I've been popping benadryl and coating my stomach in hydrocortisone cream and still been itchy as fuck. It's finally calming down. Thank fuck.

Got a busy week planned. Therapy on Monday, library to write my werewolf book on Tuesday, art program for the disabled on Wednesday, Power Wash Simulator 2 DLC Thursday, and surgery follow up on Friday. I'll also need to get groceries because I should be moving on from the liquid diet to a pureed one. Looking forward to more variety. Even gonna try and put some veggies in my smoothies/soups. That blender my parents gave me years ago is finally gonna get a lot of use.

After therapy today (i forget this was monday) I need to call the sleep doctor again. Between him and the pharmacy, no one can figure out whats going on with two of my medications. It's been about two weeks now and I'm fucking sleepy dammit!

LOL, I tried going to the library to write and look for books last Thursday, but there was a whole ass carnival being set up in the parking lot. I was instantly overwhelmed and left. Ugh, lol.

I haven't been to the art program in months now. I stopped going because my mental health was in the shitter and I was focusing on getting medicaid to pay for Spravato. I feel a lot better now that I'm on it, and since I'm feeling better after my surgery, I wanna go back. See if I can remember anyone's names.

PWS 2 is getting a free update with a bowling alley level and DLC with Star Wars levels. I really like the fact that they keep their paid DLCs cheap.

The surgery follow up and nutrition follow up will be Friday, and I am so sick of the liquid diet. It will have been over two weeks of this. Unfortunately I can't just blow it off, the 20% left of my stomach is still healing around the staples.

I remember lying down in the or and breathing in from an oxygen mask while they put the knock-out stuff into my iv. Blink and I'm in the recovery room. I was confused for maybe 30 seconds before feeling quite alert. I was bored in there for about 30 minutes while waiting for my hospital room to be cleaned and sanitized. Then they rolled me up the elevator and into my hospital bed.

I was up walking with a nurse pretty quickly and then I could go on unassisted walks from there. Just had to drag my iv pole with me up and down the hallway.

Parents were in the room with me and I turned on the tv for background noise. Ended up watching South Park all evening once they'd gone back to my apartment (they're visiting from out of town).

Not much pain, but definite soreness for 4/10-5/10 pain whenever I had to get up and go to the bathroom. Didn't need a nurse to go except overnight when they had those things on my calves that keep the blood pumping for you.

Slept fine the one night I had to stay. They did check my vitals two or three times that night, so sleep was interrupted a bit. No big deal, I usually had to pee by then anyways.
