I guess through these surgeons they do a hysterectomy (if not done yet), vaginectomy, urtha lengthening and metaplasty all in one stage.

After you heal from that you can process with Phalloplasty if that’s what you desire. I asked them why they do this and they told me it helps with the healing and etc. also it gives patients a chance to learn to pee standing up before their appointment for Phalloplasty.

They also offer a Phalloplasty where they use your groin and after that you can get a little piece of skin graft on your arm to give you sensation. But as you can see it has more stages but the results for it are really great.

My sisters wedding I was one of her bridesmaids (shudders) and I just felt so misplaced that entire day. I tried to take selfies all day to try and convince myself I was happy with what I was born with. But I wasn’t. Four months later I finally let my true self come out and I finally out loud told that to my best friend I was trans. It was difficult but it needed to be done.

Four and half years later I am here. A man, who’s happy and has what he only could dream of back then. The moment I let go and let that man come out. I was finally able to love and find true love. Not only in another but in myself.

So yesterday was one YEAR since I got top surgery! It looks a bit weird cause I just took off my scar strips. I think my scars look pretty good. I’m going to keep wearing the strips until a year and half. My doctor said the longer i use a treatment the better the scars will look.
