O' Salvation!

His body still flinched when he was pulled under the ice water. One hand held onto Braxton but not piercing his skin. His head had tilted the moment Brax's claws dug into his shoulder. Not struggling, but basically holding onto Brax for the life of him, fear of drowning and staying dead. When he had blacked out, his grip had loosened. Heart stopped but not long before beating again through the transformation. Eyes opening, changing from yellow to blue. Panicking when he woke up again under the water.

As soon as they came to the surface, Conrad pushed past the two other betas and grabbed a towel. Rushing back over to him he opened it up and Braxton pulled them both out of the water so Conrad could wrap Wyatt into it. "Ryder, Parker. Thanks for your help." Braxton said. Conrad nodded to them all before saying, "You better treat him right." which caused Parker to laugh. "Your little man is in the best pack in town. He'll be fine." before Conrad could remark Ryder stepped in. "Ignore him. Wyatt welcome." he flashed him a smile before pulling his brother out of the room. The two started to argue with each other before their voices faded. Conrad focused back on Braxton, "So anything else we need to know?" Braxton signed as he wrapped himself in his own towel. "For now make him comfortable. Now that he is a beta his wounds should heal faster. Also." he focused on Wyatt. "Within hours you'll feel yourself change. Your smell, speed, strength are going to be enhanced. It's totally normal. There's more to being a beta but I can explain that another day. I don't want to overwhelm you." he signed as he picked up his phone. "You two can take all the time you need. But I need to make a call. But if you need me come get me."

Wyatt had reached for Conrad's arm briefly. A tight grip on him and nodding, confirming that he understood. Then listening to Brax. The water was freezing cold, trust the process. Ah fuck, he thought to himself. More blacking out fun. At least Brax told him what was going to happen instead of forcing it on him. Already he had been tortured and almost died, this had to be a piece of cake. Still didn't stop him from the fear of drowning. Taking deep heavy breaths a second and then he had calmed. "Let's do this fucker." He shivered, "No promises on being calm though." Only to grip Conrad's hand tighter. "Just do it."

Braxton closed his eyes to lock in to the process and release his claws. Suddenly his eyes turned alpha red and his claws came out. Within second he dug his claws into Wyatt's shoulders and pulled them both under the ice cold water. Holding the young man close to his chest so the transformation went into full effect. His eyes wide open and beneath the water he spotted Conrad looking down; eyes fixed on Wyatt. A lot was going through his mind but he had to focus. Once Wyatt passed out under the water. It would take no more than thirty seconds before his eyes would change from yellow to blue. That is when he would know to pull them both back to the surface. He trusted Conrad or Parker or Ryder to signal him of the eye color change.

Being practically shoved in the ice cold water by Parker and Ryder. Wyatt had then pushed the two Betas off of him, "I got it!...get the fuck off me!" Still feeling agitated from being beaten by hunters. "Just tell me what to do." He said trying not to shiver.

The alpha did his best to not show too many emotions but he couldn't blame the guy. This whole process was scary and uncertain to the brain. It was safe and no one had ever been harmed afterwards; but the fear of drowning; the cold water piercing the skin. It was a very uncomfortable feeling. Once Wyatt was in he got in as well and sat himself behind the omega. "The faster we do this the faster we can get you out. It's a two minute process max." he explained. "Unlike when I became a beta I am going to ACTUALLY tell you how it works." he groaned. Remembering when Orion shoved him in the water and without warning shoved his claws into his shoulder before dunking him in. The way his heart raced not knowing a damn thing, not know if the old man was killing him. He didn't like how Orion approached these things. So he made it his mission to any omega he made into a beta knew what he was doing. "I'm going to dig my claws into your shoulder and pull you into the water. The faster you relax the faster we can get you out; okay? You will blackout, just a warning. But like I said it would be quick and painless. You won't drown, you won't die." he explained further. He flashed his eyes to Conrad and the doctor nodded as he gripped his brother in laws hand. "Just relax, Wyatt. We all been through this. Braxton won't let you drown. Trust him." Conrad nodded to Braxton to show him he trusted him.

Wyatt walked in with Conrad at his side. Realizing that Conrad didn't say anything and hearing Braxton respond as if he was having a conversation. "So he can read minds..." Wyatt said allowed, "Guess I shouldn't think my thoughts and just say them out loud." Then seeing the tub getting filled. Starting to freak out in his chest and stomach. "What the fuck is this..You're gonna drown me to death?" Before he could back away he was already being grabbed by his arms. A struggle in his body but he was then forced to sit at the edge. "Someone explain to me what the fuck is going on...Conrad?...Conrad!...what the hell is this?" Breathing heavier by the second. "Braxton. Why is the tub being filled with ice and fucking cold?!" Then thinking, 'im gonna die, Im gonna die, Im gonna die...."

Braxton was growing annoyed now as he walked into the bathroom and saw Wyatt freaking out at the site of the process. "No one bothered to tell him this is how its done?!" Conrad glared at the alpha, "He's scared! A lot is happening all at once! Give him a break." he growled. Braxton poured the ice in the tub before turning Parker and Ryder ordering them to get Wyatt in the tub. "He is a damn Everhart! He should fuckin know! How can a family that has been around for thousands of years not tell him this is hows its done?!"

Being an Omega was just something he was used to. Never chose to be alone, it just happened and it took years to accept it. Then the three wolves had returned. Speechless when Brax said that he was joining his pack, unsure if he actually heard him right. Grunting when he stood up wrapping an arm around Conrad. "I am so confused." He mumbled as he walked with Conrad then him getting in the back seat. Managing to buckle himself in he leaned against the window. "Am I dreaming or did Braxton Anderson say that I'm joining his pack?"

"Kelly is out with some of her friends so she's not here and my father in law is watching my daughter. So it's just us for the time being." he guided everyone into the house but caught a sense from Conrad. Braxton hated going into other minds but he needed to make sure he knew where Conrad's mind was. 'This guy better not try anything stupid or i'll kill him', he read off the doctors mind. It made him chuckle. "I like to see you try, Doc steamy." he rolled his eyes. Conrad raised a brow before Ryder spoke up. "Watch what you think. He can read them." Conrad felt like he was being invaded but he had to push that away for the time being. Braxton lead them all to the bathroom and told Parker and Ryder to fill the tub. "Sit him down on the edge of the tub. I'll go get the ice."

The one night he wanted to go out and treat himself he got jumped. Looking at his in-laws' necklace, blue. "You couldn't let me in Conrad, it's your family pack that has certain rules. You just married my sister...doesn't really mean I could be in it." Wyatt knew well that Conrad, his sisters and cousins would fight and die for him. "I'm just the lone wolf and there's nothing that I can do about it." He swallowed.

Conrad groaned before helping Wyatt up. "Well, you heard the alpha." he placed one of his arms over his shoulder and guided him out the door and Braxton locked up the shop. "My place is about fifteen minutes out. Give me your number and I'll send you the address." Conrad placed Wyatt in his back seat before exchanging numbers. Once the address was sent he started the car up and started to head into the direction they were going.

The touch of Conrad's hand on his face, he didn't want to break down with everyone in the room. Holding himself together. Then he was pulled into a hug. "I shouldn't have gone out." He muttered into him. Then taking his arms back trying not to read the room. "Well, thanks for the help..I guess." More towards Brax and the two Betas. Conrad knew Wyatt's loyalty being family and all. Then assuming he would go back to his one person pack as an Omega.

As the three wolves spoke to each other Conrad stayed by his brother in laws side. "I know you are beating yourself up about what happened tonight but don't. Everything is crazy at the moment and we'll I'm just happy you are still here." he pulled the necklace out from his scrub shirt and showed him he had one too. But it was blue for his beta status. "I should've fought harder to convince my pack to let you in. In many ways it was my fault for not fighting hard enough to get you in." he signed. "But you aren't alone, Wyatt. You have me and your family. You don't need a pack to have be protected. I know that is a lot to hear and hard to believe but you know myself, your sisters, cousins would die for you."

Wyatt was completely out cold being in critical condition and it wouldn't be good if he had awakened in the middle of being worked on medically. By the looks of it, he had been through hell. Gassed, beaten with silver, forced wolfsbane with a very thick needle and mental trauma. Shuttering he woke up seeing some unfamiliar faces. Sitting up and in panic. Not remembering how he got there. "Who the fuck are they?" Eyes were on the two Betas, then to Conrad and back to Brax.

As soon as Conrad heard about the necklace and pulled his brother in laws collar down and there it was. The black chain holding a tooth charm that was the color of yellow. "Fuck." he whispered. "Wyatt, I'm so sorry they discovered who you were." he touched his face before giving him a small hug trying not to hurt him.

The Omega was out cold all while being brought inside and eyes forced open. Having no acknowledgement of what the three of them were doing. He didn't trust any other doctor than his brother-in-law Conrad. Not that Madison could do the same, but he knew Conrad since his sister started dating Conrad. It was also difficult for the Omega to trust others since he had been a lone wolf his entire life.

"Makes sense. He only trust me since he's not one to trust other easily. I'm Conrad by the way, i'm his brother in law." he explained as he rushed over to his brother in law and saw the state he was in. "He might be passed out but I don't want to risk him waking up while I work on him. This is a weird request but do you have any green monster? It's his favorite and I need to mix it with some medicine to knock him out completely so I can work on him." Braxton stood up and nodded. "We have some in the employee lounge. Jerry always keeps a case in the fridge. Parker go grab one and bring it here." the beta nodded and went to get it. Once he returned he handed it to the doctor and he started to mix the two together. He titled his head and forced it down his throat. Within seconds he was out cold and Conrad started to work on him as. Removing some wolfsbane that he found under his finger nails. Patching up all his open wounds and cleaning them as well. It took over an hour before he finished. Once he was done he sat back and signed. "Now we wait for him to wake up."

Not answering his question because everything was still fuzzy and his body screamed in pain. But he still heard him, knowing he didn't have much time before he would black out again. "No!..Conrad. You have to take me to Conrad." His sister's husband, the only doctor he trusted. Coughing, "Please!" The Omega pleaded. It was a special bond he had with his brother in law. The only doctor that could keep him calm. Then he blacked out from the pain..

"Hey, Wyatt. This was an unexpected call as you only call me when I am not at wo-." before he could finish Braxton cur him off. "Hey, this is Braxton. Owner of Anderson Auto. Look, Wyatt was caught by the hunters and pretty much left him at my shop barely alive. He requested me to call you before he passed out." Conrad's stomach sank as he heard what had happened. Wyatt was smart, he was the smartest omega he knew. Never to get caught and always have your guard up. He needed more answers but only way was to get his brother in law back. "I'll be there in 15 minutes." he rushed to gather his stuff. "For the time being keep him comfortable." he hung up the phone, quickly told the others he had an emergency and rushed out to the auto shop.

Wyatt had been caught and tortured for trying to fight back to the goons that were taking over the town. He was so careful about staying inside and watching his steps. The necklace had been forced on him and it had turned yellow, stating omega. After the horrific torture and brutal beating he was driven to auto body shop and left there. There would have been word by now that Wyatt had been taken or discovered being a werewolf. Left there bleeding with zip ties on his wrist. Then seeing a figure approach, "Brax?.."

Braxton was still at the shop; he got caught up in conversation with Ryder and Parker when he heard;sensed something going on outside. He rushed to the front door where he saw a van drive off so fast they were kicking up pebbles off the road and someone lying on the street. He quickly ran outside to see who it was. Once he approached the person he heard his name and his heart sank to his stomach. "Wyatt?" he knelt down to the ground and flipping him over and saw the necklace on his neck. "Yellow?" he whispered as he looked at the wounded omega. "You're an omega?" how did he not know? Why didn't Tressa ever tell him that when she first introduced him to her best friend? So many questions swirled in his mind but he had to collect himself. "Ryder! Parker!" he called out. "We have a wounded Omega! We need to get him to Madison now!" both men came rushing out to help their alpha.

"Yes. I remember that tragic event very clearly." The sarcasm in his voice was not masked. For when he was an Omega he had to hide from the world just to keep himself safe. And not have been in the war was his safest option at the time. "Brax. You have more than enough time to be active in your kids lives, okay?" Almost being annoyed with the Alpha. "Fine. Have Kelly watch the kids or I'm sure Natalia can."

"Watch the tone." he grunted before letting out a groan of un amusement. "I know but you never know. One day everything is fine and the next...its a full on disaster. Kelly can't she told me she wants to go but I'll give Natalia a call. See if she'll do it." he ran his fingers through his hair. "So, how you been Wy? How's the family?" he didn't want to think this whole conversation was about his bitching so he needed to change the subject.

Wyatt's eyes went wide looking back at the Alpha. "But you're like the mayor of the town. So like you have to run the town hall...that's what you do." The beta tried explaining to him. "Did you forget that I am the wolf babysitter or did that just slip your mind too?..." A hint of sarcasm in his voice. "You're the boss..you tell them what to do. Not them to tell you what to do."

"Yeah, but I never wanted to be. I was just granted it because I stopped a bunch of psychotic hunters from taking over. The same ones who had been hunting me down since I was a child." he pinched the bridge of his nose and sighed. "Yeah, but I try to be as active in my kids lives as much as possible. And if I am being forced to go to this thing; you are comin' with me."

"No, but Hailey is the owner of the club. She would have done something to me." Lorraine sighed. "I just don't know who to vent to about work and--stuff lately. I feel like I'm holding everything in."

The father raised a brow, stuff. Stuff did not sound good and as much as he could snoop in his daughters mind he had to much respect for his children to do that. "Want to talk about this...stuff?"

Lorraine sighed. "No--she doesn't work there..she just keeps coming to my work." She tried to shrug it off. "I punched her."

"Should've done more than punch her." he laughed. "After all, your dad is the one over this town; there for you can't be punished."

Lorraine hung up the phone with her father and sighed. Waiting patiently for him to come over.

Once Braxton got to his youngest place he parked his truck and just opened the door to let himself in. "What's the matter, princess? It isn't that trashy bitch at your work again is it?"
