the concept of zuko telling toph about his time as an ordinary tea server in ba sing se with uncle iroh, how he found a sliver of stability for the first time since his banishment, and that's when he began associating the earth kingdom with peace and happiness......... the concept of toph telling zuko how running away from home to help overthrow his dad and fighting azula, combustion man, etc inadvertently made her begin associating the fire nation with her own liberation and power......

Hello to anyone who reads this!

not my usual fangirl post :) but i'd like to remind myself that the world didn't stop spinning when i get academically burnt out and my grades/rank collapses, i can do better next year and onwards

so this didn't age that well but i tried my best and i definitely handle failure much better now :) your worth is not tied to grades/ranks/failures/rejections or anything of the sort. if you can succeed, do well, and be on top once then you can absolutely do it again with hardwork, grit, and the right choices. but these successes won't be handed to you and it's important to prioritize discipline (no matter what.) above bursts of motivation. failing is PART of the process, as long as you take a step back, analyze what you did wrong and work to fix it and be better next time, not do anything half-ass, and give it your all, you'll be okay.
