You're actively melting into a puddle right in front my face and saying that?

A couple days ago, my brother took me to McDonald's.

We hardly go there, but it was raining so heavily on the way home, it would've been a bad idea to not take shelter.

He paid for me, on account of me not having my wallet with me.

He would've paid regardless.

I tried to keep it as cheap as I could. I've always had that tendency with any kind of shopping.

I did end up ordering too much food. As in, I felt really full. So, I shared some of my portion with my brother.

He's off to university after the summer holidays. I don't know when I'll see him again. All I know is that I'll miss him.

I won't tell him that I love him, but the implication is there.

Maybe I'll joke about it.

The older I get, the more I look forward to sleeping.

But I don't sleep. I just stay on my phone and watch whatever movie or video essay I didn't have the time to watch during the day.

"I never seem to have any time anymore."

..is what I tell myself. To make myself feel better.

I wake up early in the mornings sometimes, to get a headstart, just to spend an hour on my phone and get out of bed at the same time I always do.

Every day feels the same.

The older I get, the more I look forward to sleeping.
