Ralsei is depicted the same way Hobbes is.

When other people see him, he's a png of the fangamer plush.

When it's just Kris and Susie and Noelle, she's a slightly different colored Ralsei sprite.

He gets his own desk at school. Kris turns in homework assignments for him in handwriting different from their own. He sits every test and Alphys always gets one with his name on it.

The other polycule members steal food off of her plate, but insist that she's doing the same to them and they don't eat all of it. With how Susie eats, it's pretty much impossible to keep track of where all the food is going anyway.

Basically, Ralsei indistinguishable from a shared fantasy, fitting the theme of escapism.
