dmitri's pov with sergei as an angel: he's a protector, their father's favourite son, everything he wishes to be and lacks. while he's just the dog loyally waiting. viewed fondly but as lesser. always an extension of his brother or papa, always desperate for their affection/approval.
then sergei viewing dmitri as an angel - while their father sees dmitri's 'weakness' as something to be ashamed of, i think sergei wants him pure*. to him he's this innocent figure that he failed to protect (guard dog !!!) and must always repent for. he love dmitri, of course, but his visits and such are primarily a way of assuaging the guilt he feels.
*the scene with his father marking him with blood comes to mind !! he's permanently stained, so it doesn't matter if he gets dirtier. he's just a violent dog. it's in his nature. while dima, like his mother, is merely a victim of their father's actions.

Haven't posted art in a while. Just did this sandman doodle on magma.
Also tried reworking on rhinos looks a bit so he looks more rugged and intimidating. Tried translating that to his suit.
There are some scars in this drawing but nothing bad really, just fyi.
I like to think that most scars he has on his body were either from when he was a small crook or from his enhancement procedures. The slash on his mouth/face was probably from his early use of the suit, cuz bro does not have on protection for his mouth. The small ones on his brow and ear are probs from some sort of conflicts from when he was really young.
I really wanted to do better at making him seem like a guy you'd be scared to talk to. (I think I did do better, but I could probably still improve)
