That wasn’t my interpretation. Considering that this section here uses “a” and “his,” rather than using language like “species.” It also talks about him being a ruler of worms, not being a ruler of his own species.

It is also entirely possible this blurb has since been retconned and you are entirely correct in your statement :P

I primarily read golden age Captain Marvel and this is the only the 2nd New 52 thing I’ve read so far, so you would probably be more up to date on Mr. Mind lore than me
