that being said i'm inclined to believe that the one rule of etiquette that he refuses to obey is handshaking. i would assume that his hands are at least a little bit sweaty at all times so if he did shake someone's hand they wouldn't be able to light a goddamn candle without blowing up unless they washed their hands first.
