The knock at his front door is urgent, impatient, and really fucking annoying. Bapbapbapbapbap echoes irritatintly until Eddie can reach the door.Β
It shouldnβt surprise Eddie its Billy fucking Hargrove demanding his attention just seconds after he himself arrived home from school. The frowning jock shoulders himself inside before he can utter a single word.Β
"Come in," Eddie snorted, motioning his arms out, sarcastically welcoming.Β
Billy ignored him in favor of plopping down on the third hand, moth bitten couch like he owned the place. Eddie's eyebrows pinch together in curious realization. "Wait, you smoked through an ounce already? It hasn't even been 30 hours!"Β
"Nah, I need something else."Β
Eddie nodded in understanding before going to grab his lunchbox.Β Β
"What are you looking for? I got E, Poppers, and Addies. Rick just got busted again, so I won't have another full ounce-"
"Whatever will knock me out the fastest," Billy interrupted.Β
Eddie looked up from his stash and eyed the blonde warily. He didn't like that particular phrasing at all, or the way the jock looked like he was going to collapse on the spot any second now. He snapped the lunchbox closed with an audible metallic snap, watching carefully as Billy nearly jumped out of his skin. He frowns and his voice changes to a more serious tone.
"Hey, I know, as your dealer its not really in the best business interest to ask βwhat forβ but, you uh, you're not looking so hot tonight man. Are you okay?"
Billy straightened up immediately, flashing Eddie the nastiest snarl heβs ever seen on the manβs beautiful face before standing and taking two commanding steps forward.Β
"You're right, its fucking not, so just sell me my shit so I can get the fuck out of this place."
Eddie crossed his arms across the front of his Hellfire shirt (which he wore with pride as often as he could), unflinching. Hargrove wasn't the first hot head heβs dealt to and he won't be the last.Β
Billy sighed loud and exasperative.
"Knew I was wasting my fucking time," he growled, and turned on a dime to exit the mobile. The angry blonde took two steps before crumbling to his knees, cursing loudly and punching the floor.Β
Eddie was there instantly, offering a hand that Hargrove swatted away before fleeing out the door without another word.Β
