i just finished the first part of my mid-terms, i went to a christmas market with my friends, i bought a bunch of sanrio items, i’m gonna see my boyfriend in a few days :)

life’s good but i’m scared of the depressive episode that’s gonna come afterward. my euphoria never last long and every time the end hits harder than ever.

you can tell yourself it will be just a one more time thing, but then it s the small section of your brain utterly convinced that this bloody habit is a must for your survival.

The amount of time I am actively su1cidal must be trying.

At some point they must not take it seriously anymore. Time and time again I talk about how I want to die.

That must be horrible.

Sometimes I forget that people care about me

And that just makes me realise how horrible it is to be friends with me. Fearing that my next message might be ms last.
