Club Blog: We started a blog! Vol. 2 "The 'What If' Baton"

Please choose the person from the Host Club who best fits each of the following situations.

●If you were to cook together?

Mori-senpai. I think we have similar tastes in food. Also, I’d appreciate it if he could reach and grab pots from the top shelf for me.

●If you were to go on a trip together?

Kyoya-senpai. I heard he can take you to places that aren't even listed in the guidebooks.

●If you were to live together?

Hikaru. I feel like he's the one I could spend time with without having to worry or overthink things the most.

●If you were to open a shop together?

Honey-senpai. Opening a bakery or cake shop sounds like fun. I'd love for him to serve the customers with that smile of his.

●If you were to spend a day off together?

Kaoru. He seems like he'd suit just chilling in a room. If we were to go out, maybe a library or a movie theater?

●If you were to aim to become a comedy duo together？Tamaki-senpai. Because I see myself as the tsukkomi (the straight man).

Vol. 3 "Which One Makes Your Heart Skip a Beat? Baton"

Doesn't it just depend on the person? I guess it depends on their hair texture and personal preference.Personally, I don't really care.

●Smiling face or Crying face

( ^_ ^ ) Maybe it depends on the situation, but if someone is crying, I don't think I'd be in the mood to have my heart skip a beat.

●Good talker or Good listener

Good listener. Speaking of which, the other day I thought Mori-senpai was incredibly good at that!

●Dress or Shiromuku (Traditional white wedding kimono)

Shiromuku. I kind of like how small and cute they look when they wear it.But I guess this depends on the person too.

●Fingertips or Toes

...Fingertips. In the first place, you don't really get many chances to look at toes, so I don't really know.

●Holding hands or Linking arms

............Hands. Because it's easier to walk that way.

as a parallel to sua embracing mizi, we see a quick cut to mizi's mother (?) hugging mizi as a child.

i'm honestly not sure what the second panel below means, but it'll probably be discussed further in later media pieces vivimeng releases.

as a result, we see mizi lash out at sua.

mizi completely snaps, likely lying about how she's content with her idol career (as hinted by her smile in the first panel below). however, feeling so overwhelmed with this sudden confrontation and the stress of her career, she breaks down before running away.

we then see a better glimpse into the infection-swarmed world.

during the scene where mizi is running away from sua, we do see a zombie following behind her, likely hinting at how mizi got infected.

as the infection grows worse, sua, who hasn't been infected yet, sneaks into the heavily guarded base where mizi has been contained.

sua finally finds mizi in this pale, infected state. however, rather than appearing horrified, she looks both devastated and relieved to finally have mizi in her arms.

sua then kisses mizi to make herself be infected.

remember from the scene where sua is sneaking in? there are signs and caution tape that warn uninfected humans about the "one bite infection." sua is planning on kissing mizi to infect herself—both out of obsession and care for her.

i think sua's further obsession and care for mizi can be implied by the lyrics below. sua is fine with infecting and destroying herself, as long as she can be beside mizi.

she is built up on this codependency for mizi, where she'd cross any lines to be together with mizi. in her opinion, even if they are both physically "ruined," it doesn't matter since they're together. their love is the only thing that's important.
