The trusted head of the Parsec Maintenance Team, Loch is one of few staff members with clearance for the 3rd floor. Hence, most refer to him as simply "The 3rd Floor Janitor." Parsec recognized his talents, provided him with the proper certifications, and now he runs maintenance for the entire Parsec Headquarters building, with special care for the 3rd floor.

The only child from a modest background, Sol is the pride of his parents, who run a small cafe that's been in the family for generations. His young life was full of struggles from poverty and rampant crime due to the hardship brought by the state of the world on his grandparents' generation. They struggled to keep their business afloat and combat theft and violence that overtook the country. Growing up, he spent days at school and evenings at the restaurant, helping out when he wasn't doing homework. He has a strong love for cooking, but was never keen on taking over the business. His parents were supportive of his goals and remain extremely proud of his accomplishments to this day. He feels guilty that the family business will end with his parents, even though they brought it back from nothing.
