Objective truths aren't relevant as this is an opnion we're talking about, and all of those are inherently subjective, but sure.

The way the world is structured, people often need to do jobs they aren't happy, passionate, motivated, or any of those positive modifiers about. Of course this shouldn't be a thing, I agree they should be able to live decently without the torture of what jobs are today. But with the reality of reality, barring people from making things they aren't passionate about would lose a lot of people their jobs and livelihoods, and lead to Not Good Things. Of course you can argue that the "should" here includes a complete restructuring of the current system and dismantling exploitative capitalist bullshit, but at that point we're not talking about people making stuff they're enthusiastic about anymore.

Also, I'm not exactly enthusiastic about making myself food, but I'm less enthusiastic about having someone else in my home 3 times a day and some extra for snacks. I can make myself a sandwich dispassionately and I will fight for that right.

The ones that don't experience medical violence then, likely experience it as a teenager.

I didn't.

I am very rare in that I did not experience medical violence.

Why? Because I learned what intersexuality was as a young age, and I actively fought against what doctors wanted to do to me. All the way down to legal research on what medical care minors can be forced into. I remember walking into that doctor's appointment with the state law written down that proved that if I did not consent they could not do surgery.

That is why intersex activism is important. It saved me and it will save more.
