So. I found a fic called "dig a whole, lie in it" that's not only really good, but I actually think it has the best interpretation of Varian I've ever seen ever (And I've read a lot of Varian fics--even the popular ones), and the scene that I included here just did not want to get out of my head. So I drew it. :D

i think everyone should draw varian as their own race/ethnicity right now. if you are white, you can draw him doing a specific tradition (interacting with something from irish culture, for example) or just draw normal!varian.
