[the candy makes him quite sleepy]

[that night, he has a vivid nightmare. nothing unusual of course, being a servant of Wiggly means that this kind of thing happens on a near-daily basis]

[but this nightmare is different]

[it's all swirls of red and pink, distant sounds of people screaming in pain, the familiar crack of bones shattering into bloody shards, and all suffused with a familiarly strident, high-pitched laughter]

[and strangest of all, wilbur can't do anything. this is unusual. normally nightmares are his domain, but here he can only watch himself through a blurry lens as some foreign force takes control of his limbs]

[suddenly, without warning, he wakes.]

[he is not where he fell asleep. he is in some strange meadow in the middle of the witchwood. he tastes iron on his tongue. blood. and a lingering taste of candy. Looking around, he sees a trail of red leading back into the wood.]

[there is a small note grasped in his hand]

[ when the drowsyness kicked in he physically felt himself get the sudden tiredness yet.. it was hard for him to react to anything. You only get this type of drowsiness is if your stupid enough to drink pigs blood in the same space as Nibbly.. It's not... No? It can't be? He thinks as he then knocks his head on the seat of the bench he had just woken on. Out light a switch. Back to bed. ]

[ he opened his eyes. In Nibblys domain. Not unusual? He just wanted to know what Nibbly wanted this time. He is basically seeing through a faded kaleidoscope that had nothing inside but a trippy visual. Neither could he move. Neither could he mumble a word. That jawbreaker. The longer it lingered in his mouth it went from surgery cough medicine to a nice apple pie flavor he had as a child. It was sickening yet comforting in the worse way. He'd stare down but all he could see is the blur of slow crawling worms and maggots all over his torso. Slowly slowly slowly slowly grating his skin till you could feel inside to his organs. Then being spilled out, almost seemingly pull out like a game of operation but you didn't have to worry about the annoying buzz. His limbs just spread out allowing the maggots to feast on rot, have more of a fill. ]

[ Then he woke up. ]

[ The taste of blood and.... Pork hanging in his mouth like the aftermath of a cigarette. ]

[ he spits out blood. But it continues to flow like he bit his tongue. Thats fine. He sucks it up as he pulls the note to his face. Squinting. He reads it quickly and looks back behind him, seeing the trail of blood he only assumed was his own. ]

[ As much as his brain was convining he has to go. He rather not. He rather do anything. But spend more time with Nibbly. He knew he should. To please the Lord In Black but. He for once refused. That pork taste never ending and ruining all possibility of him. Ever. Having pork. That was cause of Nibbly and he didn't wanna have a meeting like that again. ]

[ Wilbur opens his eyes and sits up from the bench he was sleeping on. He was back in hatchetfield. Only difference being the sky if you squint. It was day time. He sat up just to have the box that sat on top of him fall to the ground opening it. ]

[ Wilbur got off the bench and grabbed the box looking at it. He tilted his head staring at the mouth on the box ]

[ he mumbled sarcastically, picking up the bag and putting a single jaw breaker in his mouth. He couldn't refuse a delivery from Nibbly. Or any of the libs... And even if this wasn't from Nibbly it's still a gift in Nibblys name ]
