And the trio flies in a made-up ship called "Craindre", which is a smaller, newer freighter model designed for short flights, still for the Pony Express company. It's such a small model, in fact, that it was made to fit only 2 crew members, but it currently resides with 3...

So basically, Naty has to do both the mechanic's and the nurse's job... Still, somehow, she's a sweet companion. A bit anxious maybe, and to be honest, she shouldn't be in space since she has a history of panic attacks... But you gotta do what you gotta do to keep paying the bills, right?

i'd genuinely rather drink my own piss before i hand over my identity to watch a cat video. this was never about the children, this has always been the excuse they use to demonize anyone opposed to laws that will quite literally trample over your privacy and autonomy.
don't think "this is a million dollar tech corporation, there's nothing we can do" because this is the EXACT helplessness that allows them to keep tightening the noose around our necks. find alternatives. the more people shrug and accept rules like these the more difficult it becomes to oppose them. the numbers will stack up. boycott them.
never quit talking about it either because silence is compliance. they WILL implement this whether you like it or not and it's on us to show them that we're not willing to tolerate it.
the internet was never made for kids and we shouldn't have to sanitize every inch of it just so the slight POSSIBILITY of a child seeing explicit content can be erased, because the consequences of letting the government decide what is and isn't "appropriate" outside of the law are vast and life threatening. i'm all for child safety, but this isn't how you go about it. we can say parents need to supervise their kids but that won't convince them because this was never ABOUT the kids. this propaganda is vile and all you need to do is think critically to disprove it; how would getting EVERYONE to hand over their information protect the children? doesn't that sound like a much more exaggerated and unnecessary step than just... parenting them? maybe because again, it's NOT. ABOUT. THE KIDS.
do NOT let payment processors control what you should and shouldn't buy. if it's legal, it's your right. do NOT let tech corporations track your every move AND be able to link it to your identity.
privacy is essential. the internet, as toxic as it is, would be nullified without it. being able to surf the web anonymously is. your. RIGHT.
Wildest thing to me about the online safety act is that parental controls already exist on every device. Like my mp3 player has a parental controls option. Like why should i have to give up my privacy and risk my data being leaked because some people cant be bothered to check that their kids are safe online

they are barring wikipedia. they are barring spotify. they are barring important news - both national news and world news. they are barring mental health forums and LGBTQ related things and so much more. this is not about protecting children, it has never been about protecting children.
the online safety act is an insane privacy breach, and if that does not scare you then you need to think harder about it. it is going to end up in a massive data leak - all the information is getting collected by random third party systems. can we trust them? no. can we even hold them accountable? no. because the government couldn’t even make their own system to do these age checks.
and i hear you - it is important that kids don’t see porn. but even if all this was about protecting kids, it’s sloppy and useless. it’s easy (for now) to get around with a vpn and the only thing the act doing is censoring things that it shouldnt. if the government wanted to protect kids, they would do something concrete about it - they would be putting more funding into education, for example.
of course the policy isnt called “national surveillance”. they’re not going to call it that. everything will be hidden behind things that people want.
so email your MP, and tell other people that this is WAY more than blocking porn from children - this is the first step towards national surveillance.
