(I found this question so open to interpretation, so I apologize if this wasn't what you were expecting. I actually spent days on this, drawing different monstrous looking Lisa things, and scrapping a ton of ideas. The reason I settled with this one is when I imagine Lisa, I imagine a person who is literally coming undone by a sudden horrific realization. In other words, a big bloody mess. I would like to think that if instead of disappearing, she became a boss battle, she would repeatedly say things along the lines of, "help me save me please help me save me harry help me" while attacking you. Sorry if it sounds stupid. Maybe I'll upload another monster version of her later.)
