I was born shiny, which means I would have a pink color instead of blue like other Lugia. But I guess the shiny pink color in my genes overpowered the white….at least that’s my reason. Some of the Pokemon that dwell here also say it’s because of the food I eat that changes me pink! I’m not really sure if that’s true.

As for my nickname…hehe how did you hear about it? Unfortunately I have no such treats as strawberries around but I guess I do look like one!

I made a subspecies of sorts for my pokeask blog. I meant to post and write info about them today but I didn’t do that oops.

“But Harley, haven’t you done Mightyena subspecies before??”

Yeah, shut up. Let me ramble here for a bit.

Okay, so these Mightys are native to route 217 and Acuity Lakefront where it’s perpetually snowy. As a result, they adapted to be paler (not white) than the Mightyena at the Valor Lakefront.

The marks under their eyes are dark to protect their eyes against glare from the sun.

They’re a little bit smaller, but have a lot more fur to trap heat.

Every few years, groups of Acuity Mightys migrate down to the Valor Lakefront for outbreeding and hunting purposes, which produces darker coats in some cases, but not thinner fur since mates with short fur are generally not selected but these Mightys (the Valor lot are slightly less discerning).
