Just the Zine

Hey guys, been a bit, but we have Good News, and Bad News.

Good news first: We have completed the zine, and even added two new artists contributions to the roster! We're putting together the final files now, and it will be released very, very soon!

Now the dreaded bad news: We have decided to release the zine completely digitally, no physical release. Honestly? I'm a first time zine runner, and bit off way more than I could chew. I was excited, and wanted to give back to the community that I grew up in, but I didn't have the financial or practical means to do everything I wished to do with this zine in a physical release sense. I apologize for getting people's hopes up for a physical edition, and will be taking this and the time it took to complete the zine as a lesson for the future.

BUT... we will still have the digital bonuses! The Digital Bonus Bundle will come with the zine itself, emojis, a shimeji, and a coloring page.

Once again, all proceeds will be headed towards The Trevor Project. Expect news on the final release soon!

Hello all, it's been a bit.

Recently, I learned of the tragic loss to our community. Though Bader and I only ever spoke once, their presence was a constant in the community in the last few years.

Growing up, this time of year is filled with the celebrations of the lives of those we have lost, creating ofrendas and memorials to reminiscence in the memories they have left us with. And with a loss so profound, I think it is only right we do the same here.

As a result, after some discussion with @kuixotic, I have decided to put together our own ofrenda dedicated to @blueespeon and the memories they have left us with.

If you would like to submit a photo, a marigold, or a candle of your own to be included on this ofrenda, please submit it to my inbox here. I will include it on the display, to be released on the actual day of Dia de los Muertos.

While you are welcome to draw something new for the photos, I would also encourage you to look back at past interactions you had with Bader and submit a favorite panel from those asks. This is a collection of memories, after all.

Should you be unable to draw, please do still send in an ask to request to be included. Below are a sample candle and marigold that will be included for each person who isn't able to submit their own unique piece to the ofrenda.

Please do not be alarmed if your wish is not granted instantaneously, some wishes are quite big and may take time! Perhaps something may happen tonight that will have a domino effect...

The Pokeask Starfall Festival 2025 has now begun!

The Starfall Festival is an upcoming Pokeask Community event, where each character attending is assigned a Star Sprite to accompany them for the party! The Star Sprite will grant one wish (small favors throughout the event are acceptable to do as well, but let's not get crazy!) and can be a temporary character on the respective blog. You can make your own, or I can loan you one of my Star Sprite OCs!

You will have the choice between a few different types of stars, including the opportunity to be chosen for a specific type of star that will help advance the blog's plot a bit.
