Background of bakus :

bakus are assigned to control humans dreams, or you can say they are dreams gods.

bakus are immortal.

Their numbers are thousands.

bakus can feel emotions, but not really like humans can.

How they work is offer a deal/contracts to human who have trouble with their sleep or dreams. and take care of that human, take the bad dreams away and replace it with good dreams untill the full moon rises. When the full moon rises, they will took the payments as what they deal with the human.

they can turn to monochrome whenever they want

They can read human's dreams/thoughts. even they can enter human dreams.

Bakus are love vivid dreamers. somehow they make a baku who make a contract with them become more powerful. but sadly, vivid dreamers are very difficult to be found. Because their number are rare.

Background of Bakulen :

Bakulen is one of the most 5 powerful bakus

Other bakus was afraid of them for some reasons 

 about what I say, Bakus can feel emotions. Bakulen is actually not emotionless back then. Bakulen is somewhat have feelings for Bakurin back then (bakurin and bakulen are not siblings in my headcanon). just you know, he and Bakurin are one of most 5 powerful bakus, and Bakurin is doing something forbidden mistake that makes god(?) mad and Bakulen is trying to help her escape from the punishment, the punishment is dissapear from the world. Bakurin is now dissapear. and Bakulen get a punishment can't feel emotions forever because he want to helping Bakurin runaway. And that's why I make Bakurin is transparent in that picture, because she is already passed away/gone/dissapear (in my headcanon).
