The Wand Is Already in Your Hand. 🪄✨
Imagine someone starts playing a game but keeps asking everyone else, "Can I win?" "Am I allowed to win?" "Did I press the wrong button?" "What if I lose because I blinked?" Sounds funny, right? Yet that's exactly how many people approach the Law of Assumption. They spend more time worrying about the rules than actually playing the game.
The name gives away the biggest clue: Law of Assumption. Assumption. That's the game. Every single day, whether you realize it or not, you're already playing. Every thought you repeatedly return to, every identity you keep accepting, every story you continue believing—those are the moves you're making. The question isn't, "Am I playing?" The question is, "Which character am I choosing to play as?"
Now here's the fun part. 🎮
Your assumptions are the controls.
Your state is the character.
Your imagination is the playground.
So why are you handing the controller to fear?
People search everywhere except where the game actually begins. They search for signs, angel numbers, tarot readings, lucky dates, moon phases, techniques, coaches, YouTube videos, and endless opinions. And honestly? If those things make you smile, comfort you, inspire you, or help you return to your fulfilled state, then enjoy them! Your practice is your own. There's nothing wrong with using something that genuinely helps you. But don't accidentally forget where the real game is being played. The Law keeps pointing back to the same place: your assumption.
Think about a video game for a second. Imagine pausing the game every thirty seconds just to ask, "Am I still winning?" You'd never actually enjoy playing! That's exactly what happens when people constantly ask, "Did I ruin it?" "Should I affirm more?" "Should I switch techniques?" "Was that negative thought too much?" You're spending more time staring at the pause menu than actually playing.
The Law isn't trying to catch you making mistakes. It isn't sitting there with a scoreboard waiting to say, "Oops! You reacted once. Game over." It doesn't work like that. If you choose to practice the Law of Assumption, then keep coming back to what the name already tells you: assumption. What are you accepting as true? What identity are you returning to? That's the move that matters.
Here's another secret: every method is simply another button on the controller. 🎮
Inner conversations? A button.
Use whichever buttons help you enjoy the game. Mix them. Don't mix them. Press one. Press five. That's your choice. But don't mistake the buttons for the player. You're the player. The assumption you're accepting is what gives those buttons meaning.
And please, stop making the game harder than it needs to be. People act as if one bad day deletes their entire save file. One negative thought? "I ruined it." One emotional reaction? "I failed." One missed affirmation? "Everything is gone." Really? If you believe that's true, then of course you'll panic. But ask yourself: who gave those fears authority? The game didn't. You did.
Choose the character you want to be.
Play from that character.
Think from that character.
Make decisions from that character.
Return to that character whenever you remember.
That's what people mean by living from the end. You're not desperately trying to unlock the character—you've already selected it.
Stop searching for the magic wand.
You don't need to buy it.
You don't need to earn it.
You don't need permission to hold it.
It has been in your hand since the very beginning.
The controller is in your hands.
The wand is in your hands.
