Didn’t I tell you? The trip to India was a bust business-wise, but I met a man who breeds flamingos. Got Bernard a lady friend. She should arrive at the California house next week.

I can still smell your singed hair every time I go in there. I do wish you’d be more careful. Perhaps next time you should keep the fire extinguisher on standby?
