Greetings my fellow followers, It kinda crazy to witness a lot of the early fangans back in the day. I've joined this project back in August 26 2016, mainly I remember Starboy needed some help with the audio editing. To be honest I am not very proud on how I've manage and directed and produced stuff for Danganpocalypse, I feel like the work I did for it is not very good and this is due to the fact I have no good direction of the story and the scripts I wrote were inconsistent in general and have continuity errors. I just lack the experience to run a project like it back when and I can't blame Starboy for passing the touch on me to continue as director and runner of the project in June 8th 2017. Since I was the only one who was creating stuff for it back when. Such as the scripts and the audio back when. I wasn't really the right person who can manage the project due to the fact I was young at the age of 20 or so, I lacked leadership skills to manage a project like it. In May 15th 2021 I ended up cancelling it due to the lack of inspiration and me having a hard time getting a new director to run the project. I couldn't keep up and decided to end it there, since then I have move on other ventures and managed to work on games nowadays. I say this project was the jumping start of me being involved with audio somewhat and it actually showcase on how much I evolved from doing audio. Some of our former VAs are working on other cool and professional projects too, I want to give them a special shoutout and former staff too. Since this is blog is nearly 10 years old, I want to celebrate the fact that this project help me gave experience as a creator. I met a lot of good friends in this project and this inspired me to learned as a audio person for games. Even though I am not proud of my work, it does not mean it did not entertained viewers and followers alike. I seen folks enjoying the stuff I made and that made me happy in a sense, even though I am not proud of it at all and I am still amused that people liked the things I made. If any former VAs or staff want to reconnect with me or so, feel free to reply to this post. So we can chat on discord or so again. Hello there guys, this is mod Mikan here.  To let you all know, that I really appreciate the likes from our posts.  To let you know, that this project have ended sadly and mainly due to me not having the time to come up with ideas for it Not only that, I made a lot of mistakes and errors as a director for this project and nowadays I look back and i sadly cringed at my myself for handling it back when.  This is due to me lacking experience in directing and producing a project like this, despite that i have worked with so many lovely friends and talented folks a like.  I am glad i have a bit of fun working on this project, but I rather move on. Nowadays, i am working on video games then actually doing audio dramas like this one.

Since 2016, we have been keeping this project running for long and i think it time to announce my final update.  I find this project to be pretty difficult to keep up ever since i got involved with a lot of projects, my interests in working on DR fan content or projects in general started to declined a lot once i started to work on more original stuff.  Currently, i am only like in two fan DR projects at the moment.  This project how ever which i admit, help me experiment a lot of in terms of writing and audio editing since they were very fun times to do.  How ever, my passion begin to disappeared around 2018 once a certain tumblr policy occurred which sadly affected a few of our posts.  I put it on hiatus for sometime, how ever there were contributing things that made me lose my passion. 1. Inconsistent casting, i have to deal with recasting some of the characters and it’s not fun at all, i never been too fond of recasting certain characters since i hate to lost a talented VA who i felt fit the role itself. Which become a common occurrence in the project, how ever i do respect the VAs who left the project and i respect there decision. They are the main reason for keeping the project around for pretty long and i wanna thank them for it and i do hope they are all aiming a wonderful career path nowadays. I find it to become stressful somewhat and i sadly could not keep up with the project casting call anymore. Since this hiatus we are no longer to accept new VAs for this project, since i have decided to move on danganpocalypse and focus on newer and fresher projects until a new director replaced me. 2. Me being busy with other projects, i become more invest in the projects i become involved with then doing content for danganpocalypse.  Which i felt cause me to lose interests in working on new scripts and ideas, there were so many attempts to reboot danganpocalypse, how ever none of the scripts happened in production.  I have to admit, the way how i handle this project wasn’t too professional either, since this was my very first true project where i became in charge and it was very difficult to keep up with a lot of things.  I did wanted to get a new director on board to replace me, how ever it never worked out too well since they left without telling me and it did secretly disappointed me tbh.  This made me lose my passion completely and i kinda gave up at the point and time when it happened.  These are my two reasoning why i am completely putting this project on hold for a long time. I am still open to accept a new director to replace me since i felt this AU have a lot of potential ideas and concepts i enjoyed. I hate to see this go to waste and abandoned for nothing.

Hey guys, i have some sad news and i am likely going to stopped working on this project due to the lack of interests around it.  We were running since 2016 and back when i have so much motivation to worked on it, i have a lot of fun working on this one but since a lot of voice actors have been leaving without my knowledge it been super difficult to run it.  How ever if anyone is interested to take my place i will be happy to let you run the project and continue it.  But i have been working on some fanganronpas and mods and also video games since they are the projects i worked on the most.   Nowadays my interests in running it have been completely drained and juiced out, because the energy i use to have in the day have completely disappeared.  If you don’t want me to completely end this project, you better off having a more inspiring project director then myself.

Hey guys! Wren sadly left the project a while back and we haven’t heard from him for a while.  We are still open for a new director to run this project for me since i have no time to actually write anything for the project nowadays.  Here are the requirements that the director needs.  1. A decent amount of social skills 2. Can actually give certain voice actors deadlines and actually knows how to run a project well. 3. Will be agree to actually let me approved certain ideas before we finalized them.

We are currently discussing how the reboot will progress, however there will be a stark difference between the original series and the reboot. We will also be increasing our presence on Twitter and posting content to a YouTube page once we have that established, along with maintaining our board here on Tumblr. You will see what we have in store come the next couple of months!

Hey guys, it Mikan again! i want to explain about some bits of the update.. I will be also explaining the big changes too and potential upcoming content for this project too. While this project was on hiatus for two years or so, but read our past updates to understand the situation to find the reasoning overall. But i decided to keep it as the AU have a lot of potential for a video series and we will be expanding upon twitter and youtube soon. We got good news overall. Many of our past Voice actors and staff have remain in the project while we were announcing the changes. That means voice actors for Maki and etc have remained in danganpocalypse.  @yugirl will be assisting for the script writing of danganpocalypse, this new vision of the project will be based on the game in terms of story and concept. Maybe some survival horror elements mix together to make the AU idea work. I will be in charge of approving the scripts to make sure they are consistent and will be based on Starboy vision.  As for the casting call itself, we will be reopening it with a new page in the future just in case we have nobody else inhouse who would audition certain characters. We will be introducing a lot of the characters in here once scripts have been planned out for this AU.  That means the project will no longer be on hiatus and it means we are coming back for real this time.  That be all in mind.  - Mod Mikan

Ohh hey there!, i apologize for the lack of activity. I think we are going to reboot the blog in it entirely for a brand new direction.  The main reason why we are planning a new direction, i feel the additional characters would been too much of a chore to write in a sense.  We might create like a 4 character type of cast to keep things balance.  I am also looking for a new writer at the moment too, who are very familiar with how danganronpa characters work and a well written story structure.

Hey guys, we are finally back! overall it been a very busy month for all of us so far recently.  Overall, we are still around is that i haven’t been having the time to make more things for the blog but i still want to make more stuff for this blog.  But a lot of our voice actors been pretty busy as of recently and i am hoping we can come back and make more things for the blog.
