Not being able to compete in the blizzard beat down made me infuriated!!! I'm so motivated to fix my knee, be as healthy as possible, strong as possible, eat as good as I can and look and feel great. Back at er. Super sick today, needed toast when I woke up (for some reason when I have a fever I need toast) but after a carb filled breakfast I got on track: Deryl bar- 3 blocks 2 eggs 1 egg white 3/4 cup Special K 1/2 tbsp coconut oil -3 blocks 2 oz chicken 1 slice bacon 1 tbsp PB 1 cup raspberries ~3 blocks 3oz chicken 2cups steamed broccoli & carrots Handful pumpkin seeds - 3blocks worth Only doing 12 blocks today since I didn't do anything at all(sick in bed) plus a had toast and nutigrains at breakfast. I will be lean I will be strong I will be proud
