an absolute menace who used to run the lobbies before the rework. he embodies rage bait jeff. in fact, that is the only way he plays jeff. the only heals his team sees are the accidental splashes from his bubbles as he's swimming away from the seething enemy. if his team dares to complain about the lack of heals, then he will ult them off the map every single chance he gets until the game is lost. (he's had multiple penalties for throwing.) as for skins, he rotates between devouring duo and jeff o'lantern
