btw the dragons in this are weiirddd they are from a mirror dimension. they're not very nice to look at. they're kind of fleshy and very delicate and so they have to be put in armor if they're going to move around a lot.

it's impossible for humans to perceive the other dimension or for dragons to perceive the human dimension without getting "lost," a phenomenon in which one's mind perceives a different dimension than the one it's in, leading to sensory confusion, panic, and eventual brain death. thus, the necessity for a linked pair.
