Now a young portal jumper himself, Jefferson sneaks into the castle over the years to spend time with the trapped princess and to tell her of his wild adventures in lands she can only imagine, and to hope that one day she will agree to leave with him and escape her tormentor.

A story about a life built between two people that have nothing in common but love at first sight, a thirst for adventure, and the obstacles that attempt to keep them apart over time and across lands.

Summary: The world is in chaos in 2014. Hydra rules with Captain America as its prisoner of nearly seventy years. And it all started one fateful day in 1945 when Bucky Barnes fell from a train and Steve followed after.

Tony Stark has found a way to time travel - to go back to stop Steve from trying to save Bucky. To stop the Winter Soldier from killing Howard Stark long before Bucky could ever become Hydra's assassin.

General Ross doesn't agree with Stark's ways and sends his niece, Maggie Hastings, a medical doctor with a can-do attitude and the ability to be rational where Tony cannot. Even if she has to become Cap's Girl in the Captain America USO Tour to get to Bucky, Maggie is willing. It would mean the difference between the Winter Soldier existing... or not.
