As I stated on his AF profile, him and Dex get along pretty well to the rest of the band’s surprise. Alyx would also appreciate Prophet a lot, talking to him and coming to him for advice. Especially since Alyx has some issues and finds it hard to open up to a lot of people, yet with Prophet it comes with ease (much to Charlie’s dismay when he learns of this). Similarly, ever since Charlie’s passing, Alyx got a little closer with Stix due to coming by the Encore often despite Dead as Disco no longer being around.
slowly but surely working on Alyx’s ref… in the meantime im figuring out what to call him and Charlie… Guh. More yap/brainstorming below
Debating on whether I make Alyx a musician postgame that Charlie also fights or he shows up at the beginning to help Charlie with transportation… I already had ideas for musician Alyx:
He’d be an electronic artist, starting out with something like Madeon’s Victory Album out of his grief of Charlie’s death and Dead as Disco’s disbandment and selling out to Harmony. He goes by the name DeadStar cuz why not… his bf is a dead star (ha ha)
Alyx fights Charlie mostly out of confusion and his way of processing that he’s back, but he gives in and accepts he’s alive for this one night to bring his band back, and wants to help. Hell, the end of his boss probably doesn’t end with Charlie necessarily beating the crap outta him, but a frustrated Alyx aggressively grabbing him and pulling him into an embrace filled with the grief he felt over the past decade.
However, non-musician Alyx instead showing up after Charlie wakes up (or also chilling at the Encore with Stix, being one of his regulars still even after all this time)
Vice: not alone!
And it’s just Vice pulling out an Alyx who already was going through the alley to come by to the Encore again
“Charlie… you..? You’re really…?”
cue a Charlie who hasn’t really realized he’s been dead for ten years and Alyx who had been grieving him for a decade. I think that’s fun.
But yeah Vice and Alyx recap what he’s missed together… Alyx being the explanation of how Charlie gets to the other idol’s bosses (car, somewhere), and also being available to talk to at the Encore for Charlie to hear of what else he missed and also how Alyx held up the entire time
I think Alyx would be relatively distant through most of the conversations, similarly to the beginning of their relationship when he was painfully slowly opening up. This is mostly due to the fact that he knows Charlie is only back for this one night, and is more focused on bringing the band back together, after that he’s gone. And he really doesn’t want to relive that hell again. He already felt himself start to fall apart again when he saw Charlie for the first time in ten years, alive, and as if nothing had happened.
Eventually, Charlie would ask for a spar like old times, to which Alyx reluctantly agrees too. (Shows up in challenge like Hemlock’s double trouble) He has no special abilities, and plays just like/similar to Charlie.
When challenge is done, Alyx finds himself returning to how he was before Charlie died. A little more animated, slightly smiling, chuckling, and teasing Charlie.
“That’s my Alyx.”
“!… hah, guess I can’t help it. Just can’t wait to get my heart broken again once… this is over.”
“Hey, don’t think about that, alright? I promise you, tonight will be a night you won’t forget.”
“Don’t worry, I don’t think I’m ever going to forget tonight.”
“You know I love you, right?”
“… yeah,” Alyx spoke ever so softly, as if he was holding himself back for he would break right then and there.
“I really do, Alyx. Even through death—“
“Ugh, don’t get— sappy. Yeah. Even after you die again, I’ll feel it.”
“Alyx…”
“What?”
“I’m here now, alright? I’m by your side now, for tonight.. So… whatever you have on your mind, you can tell me. Please.”
Alyx pauses, staring at Charlie. There’s a somber look in his eyes, too many things he wants to say, unsure if it’s possible to say it all.
“I missed you.”
Maybe that’s all he needed to say.
And then he breaks down… because Alyx really did miss Charlie.

the idiots like to duke it out a lot. it's just fun, y'know? great to do it with someone you trust too! Charlie enjoys it just a little too much sometimes though, it scares Alyx.
Alyx is a little rough in personality + fighting with Charlie. just a little mean, he doesn't mean to be though. he's been through stuff. (lost friends, family hates him, yeah)
Just a regular dude with a regular job, he likes music and gets into stupid fights because he accidentally says things that piss the wrong people off.
Actually does not know how and why he ended up with Charlie. He pissed off Alyx upon first meeting, but now he's just a little endeared by him.

this guy is Alex, hero name TBD (Projectile Devil?)
goes to Midtown High and was a relatively regular student aside the fact they could hear other people's thoughts until the rest of Spider Man's teenaged team joined Midtown High
befriended Danny and Peter by getting saved from being nearly thrown into a locker by Flash Thompson, and Danny being curious about Alex and going out of his way to talk to them.
Alex develops a small crush on Danny after being saved, and kinda tries their best to just be regular friends despite knowing Danny, Peter and the rest of their group are secretly super heroes protecting New York because they can hear their thoughts so its not surprising at one point Alex overhears them talking about being heroes. Accidentally lets it slips they know, Alex gets interrogated, but everyone kinda becomes chill since Alex has no reason to tell anyone anyways nor do they make their ability obvious. However, word gets to S.H.I.E.L.D. and Alex ends up being recruited as a spy, though they initially reject the offer until they accidentally start spying on a suspicious group of people because they got curious about something.
Alex doesn't start developing the rest of their abilities until later, after trying to meditate with Danny and something scares them into being unable to focus or calm down while meditating. eventually, spiraling during the week and turning into a weird demon thing that could manipulate/dig into people's thoughts and projecting their own. even claws and everything, but eventually they calm down and become able to control themselves. then S.H.I.E.L.D. decides to recruit them as a fellow hero alongside the rest of the teenaged group, and yeah!
extra stuff:
they're enby, however, not very open about it. only Sam and Danny know since Alex found himself being able to open up to those two about it (I'll talk about their relationship with Sam later). because of that, and their androgynous look, everyone gets confused on how to refer to Alex, and everyone assumes different things. If anyone asked Alex however, they'd tell them they're a boy.
Sam and Alex get along with similar interests, but Sam does get on Alex's nerves, with them actually kind of scaring Sam when ticked off. they have a "annoyer" x "annoyed" dynamic and its pretty funny
Alex is very conflicted with their crush on Danny. on one hand, he's handsome and cool and pretty and interesting and wise, on the other, he's likely going to be unable to reciprocate since he literally has to return to K'un-Lun in like a year or so. also, Danny see's Alex as a dude, he's likely not going to be into him, right? lots of things to consider
after being recruited as a spy, Alex gets their own form of those communication watches, with several additions to it. it's a little thicker than the regular "watches" so it can hold projectiles and a sort of grappling hook thingy, and they keep it as they become a hero. hence "Projectile" in the name (if I choose to keep it), along with their ability to project thoughts into others. (ignore i forgot to sketch the watch)
that weird demon thing they are comes from their dad's side, and skips generations. their grandpa had it, dad didnt, now they do. the demon if u couldnt tell is kinda supposed to be like... the depressing, negative voice in your head. as a real monster thing. however, alex tries to use it for good instead! and by for good, mostly to manipulate bad guy opponents into using a different move they can jeopardize or predict their next moves. occasionally they'll use it to project better thoughts for people!

still struggling with a mask design... oughhghh if anyone's got any ideas pls throw them my way... i *did* think of like, a japanese oni mask, but he isnt japanese plus i think it would be too much for me LOL... my other idea is maybe further adjusting the headphones (its not on the first photo bc i forgot but I added a knob so they can block out or tune into ppl's thoughts!) and adding a visor with it, like Power Man's
