Friends, I'm linking our GoFundMe because I was just informed that I'm not going to be returning to work for a couple of months.

On January 4th, I lost full function of my legs and bladder and was admitted to the ISU. After four MRI's, a lumbar puncture, and multiple other tests we have confirmed that I have an aggressive form of MS. This is not my first episode, but other instances were brushed off as something else by medical professionals in the past and were not this severe. I am receiving my second round of infusion steroids this week and will be put on lifelong treatment afterward. I have to attend PT/OT/ST 3x a week to regain function of my legs, as well as my cognitive abilities. I am struggling to say the least, but we are determined to adjust to this new normal for our family. We are so grateful for the friends, strangers, and family members who have surrounded us and come to our aid. The journey is just getting started, but you have made it so much easier on us.
