Lighting candles
Counting ur breaths in and out if ur having a panic attack
Getting up and trying to do one thing even if u canāt do everything maybe brushing ur teeth but not having the energy to shower
very gentle reminder that eating, sleeping, drinking water, showering, going to the bathroom, etc. are not rewards/things you must earn but things your precious body needs for overall health and wellbeing! pls do not ignore these human needs in favor of stress, busyness, or āgrindā/āhustleā š
