Color Actions for Photoshop
A set of Actions for Photoshop that I use to recolor everything!
Everything is done via the curves adjustment tool.
The first three sets were made in Photoshop CS 6 and the latter two sets were made in Photoshop CC 2019. They probably are backwards compatible since I only used curves for everything.
The base texture should be grayscale and on the darker side. You can lighten or darken your base texture and see which results you like best.
I have two primer actions in the maxis hair color set that turns dirty blond and blond hair colors to the base gray color but most of the time I just desaturate the texture and adjust it until I like the results.
What it says on the tin. 24 Sims 4 Maxis colors. May or may not fully match because Maxis themselves have some variety in color between the same swatches of different hairs.
Included in the download is a Sims 4 Studio color palette in case someone needs one!
Also included is an action that will play all of the other actions. Important: you will need to rename your base texture layer to "Background"!!!
Name probably temporary but will also probably stick forever as temporary names are wont to do.

This is the set based off Homestuck troll blood colors. It features a spectrum of mostly slightly darker muted colors.
Haven't used it in a bit cause I keep forgetting to load it into my new version of PS.
A small set of actions I use to recolor metallic things. Included are: gold, silver, bronze, brass, and copper.
These colors are quite lights, so experiment with the base texture for a desired result.
This one is inspired by Eos Iridescents and BerryQueerBear's Otherworld colors!
I just wanted to see if I could recreate the beetle wing effect with Curves alone.
