Curated and directed by Clarissa Henry and shot by Joshua Allen, the visual communicates the infusion of music and menswear, celebrating the subculture that has been influenced and inspired by the sounds from the UK such as grime and garage. Although these sounds are known to be quite masculine, Boys And Beats plays on the masculine silhouettes by creating a modern generation “road boy”. Overall there is a nostalgic ambience that reminds us of the past; the strength in the music, lyrics and beats we grew up listening to that unites a culture that has become a lifestyle.
