I can’t play the remaster myself because I only have a dinky laptop with a shitty graphics card but based off what I’ve seen from screenshots and videos and stuff,,, probablyyyyy a 9/10 imo

He very closely resembles his 2006 oblivion design which I’m happy about!!! It’s definitely by far his best outfit. And the details on it in this remaster are so gorgeous and intricate. I also like that he looks more like an actual old man here, he’s so grandpa

My only gripe with it is that I think his facial hair covers his mouth a little too much. It’s kinda funny that he looks like a muppet but I feel like Sheogorath needs his shit eating grin to be more visible

I think it’s a pity they gave in-game Vanus a staff. I know that npcs still need to abide by the game’s rules when fighting, but based on lore he’s supposed to be powerful enough to not need one (keep in mind he didn’t use it when taking down the Shackle), and would also be quite against the use of soul magic to recharge them. Is he trying to normalize the use of staves for non-magic users? Or is it because it’s personally enchanted by him with a very powerful and draining spell?

My personal headcanon is that he holds onto it mostly as proof of “mage status” aaand maybe to casually telecinetically drop it on annoying people’s head.
