Hello Onederland!! My goal was to reach 200 pounds before my 1 year anniversary of my surgery. Today is just under 3 months early!!!! In 9 months i have lost 170 pounds!! Now it's time to gain it all back! Haha just kidding my next goal is to get as close to 185 prior to next summer as possible. #fitness #goals #onederland #doingthisforme
