You’ve never seen my true colors because their soaked in bleach. The colors that I once wore faded away. Like an old photograph, with the proof of the sun on that one summer day, but no memory of how bright it was. Isn’t it obvious that I am fooling you. You mistake me for standing in shallow water, but I’m kicking my feet in the deep end. But you’re afucken coward. Don’t tell me I’m too good for you; you’re just taking the easy way out. I want to feel the pain. Tell me you don’t need me. Tell me you’d rather use me. I’d rather know the truth than chase after hope. Detatch your strings from me, so that I am no longer being pulled by you. You’re the trick master of making me fall for you. I am your fool. Your act is getting old and I don’t want to stay for your encore. But I will come back for tomorrow’s show. So murder me so that I can become dead to you,the same way we see yesterday. So that when i leave tonight, tomorrow I’ll just be your memory. Like a ghost.
