Great episode, but also… things are going too well for them. The other boot is gonna fucking drop and it’s gonna be bad.

I am genuinely worried for Shadia. She is the one working the ritual, by complete and utter accident. She made the anchor, set the stage, gave it intent… I… feel as though something may still go wrong.

Azune is in with Einfasen, Wick fully succeeded in manipulating his grandmother, Hal succeeded in tricking the Creed, and now the Einfasen know the Tachonis to be traitors.

I am very curious to see where all that goes, but also, the fuck you mean Thjazi’s soul is in hiding and being hunted by Occtis’s grandfather??

I want to know more about what is going on with Teor and Cyd, their strengthening power.

Murray saying goodbye to Demodus was a really good scene, as was Wick standing up for himself. Thaisha marking that random lux was wild.

So next episode we have: Hal, Kattigan, Murray, Vaelus and Hannan watching the Round

Bolaire, Wick, Tyrannt observing the meeting of the Sundered Houses.

Occtis, Thimble, Thaisha, Teor, Julien and Cyd, breaking into Obrimus Manor.

Where the hell was Azune going???

Also, I’m beginning to wonder, fucked up as it sounds if Azgra was in actuality the “nicest” of the Shapers, the Rungjani honored him as honest, but look at his seeming last act on Araman, granting them a bounty. Horrid as it is, I’m starting to wonder if Azgra actually liked his followers.

Sylandri and Tansul, clearly didn’t care much, but the former to my surprise is starting to come out looking worse… Elves can no longer have children, and additionally they were to Faerie when they died. I have to wonder if that was an intentional thought as she died, or if she was so focused on them being behold to her that it didn’t even factor in. Because while there are claims of intentionality in regards to Barrowdells, I’m not entirely sure myself.

I have to wonder if the Fae King is still alive, Trozhna killed Tehana, and it seems the Primordials who married some of the other shapers also died…

Of course we don’t know much about the others, and how they were like, not even Rauwyn.

Additionally, I wonder if it means Elves are completely infertile, or if Half Elves in some fashion exist in Araman. We’ve gotten Half-Orcs…

Gus is a great guy and with this the new Rebellion is fully taking shape.

Thimble and Occtis’s reunion meant something so deep to me y’all don’t even know.

Excited to see Hal fuck with the Halovar.

Also Kattigan better watch the fuck out…

Tsul’rekshi is *very* intriguing, love her whole fuckin deal, want to see more of her.

But also the reveal that Ksha’aravi… isn’t as powerful as he originally seemed. I do have to wonder what is going on there, is he able to make demons now due to all the contracts that the Halovars are tricking people into signing??

Also finally the reveal of Thjazi’s new coterie the Cloaks.

And *boy fucking howdy* I am still terrified for Shadia, but it seemingly confirms that the plot with the blood has *nothing* to do with the Sundered Houses, and I’m not really sure *why* they came to start thinking that, especially considering a lot of what they’re freaking out about was happenstance or their actions, not Thjazi’s.

Really enjoyed the episode

I’m so excited for everyone to meet up and share info.

Thjazi mentioned sword into plowshares, so. Pariah Blades, Blood Paint, and sure yeah the stone of Nightsong is a good anchor, but how about Azgra’s *fucking house* it seemed like Azune and Bolaire realized at the end before the former was called away.

But I’m really starting to worry the play might trigger something. Shadia was using one of the blades… I’m worried she’s going to have taken it and right, regardless. The ritual, which has already been banjaxed, requires steel, blood and an anchor.

The fact that the Golden Orchard is gone… is brutal, and I have to think that if they had gone there instead of Tannesar it would have been different. Living world, things change regardless of you though… I know Julien’s other is enraged with Aranessa, and she has a right to be, but I really feel bad for her… she’s lost everything now. Her parents, her brother, her husband, her home… I can’t even begin to imagine the state she’s in. And she’s going through it alone, with the nominal leader of one of her vassals loathing her.

Maybe… maybe more.

The Sea of Lacharis is interesting because… the document referencing it is ancient, yet the Sea is supposed to be knew, formed following the death of the Shapers and the Veils mutation into the Tenebral Reaches… but does that mean that the Afterlife was that way and then the Shaper’s warped it… or is the doc made to look old? And if this is the natural state of the Afterlife why is it overflowing…

Talter having a crush on Occtis took me out, was not expecting that.

Missed Tyranny and Wick, curious to see where this goes especially with Grandma’s “resurrection” plot

Julien is a bastard, ain’t he, but fuck he’s fun to watch.

I need to see Occtis and Thimble finally meet again.

Very curious what twists and turns are coming that are gonna send them all apart again, and who if any will be swapping places. Feels like they’re already setting up the next targets.
