Charybmon [カリュブモン] Name origin: ‘Charybdis’ was a sea monster in Greek mythology who created large whirlpools, posing a threat to sailors. Level: Adult Attribute: Data Family: Deep Savers Type: Mutant

Description

A large Mutant Digimon that lives in the Net Ocean. It is very territorial and usually acts alone; it rarely surfaces, and usually feeds on unsuspecting prey that swim past by sucking them into its mouth with suction force powerful enough to create whirlpools. It is much larger than the average Adult level, with a size that reaches to about ¾ of a fully grown Whamon. However, while its reaction speed is slow, its travel speed is much faster than its size would suggest, being able to swim and drill through the ground at great speeds by rotating its entire body. While it is a formidable foe underwater, it is also a dangerous foe to face on land because of the deafening shriek it lets out whenever it is above water, deafening anyone who comes close. It is always hungry for prey, and is capable of opening the line running along its belly like a mouth to swallow large objects.

Attacks

Vacuum Void (バキュームヴォイド): Uses its mouth’s powerful suction to inhale the enemy. Its insides are said to be an inescapable void.

Silent Shriek (サイレントシュリーク): Only usable above water; lets out a horrible, deafening shriek that messes up the hearing of all who hear it. It never stops screaming for the entire duration that it is above water, but it can use up energy in order to amplify its screams even further.

Tunnel Jacker (トンネルジャッカー): Spins its entire body like a giant drill and lunges at the enemy. Strong enough to tunnel through rock easily.
