Monday Morning Inspiration. We've all been there, dark periods where you've hit another ceiling and the strength to break through seems too much to bear. But you can break through to shatter a belief system that no longer serves you and to make room to adopt another that serves your expansion. A good friend once told me a story about her labor, and with each contraction, her partner rubbed her back and said, "Smile. This is a contraction you'll never have to feel again." So, for our warriors that are in the dark, smile and break through with positive thoughts of hope and power.
