Went milsurp shopping this past weekend and, since I spend the majority of my time somewhere in the woods, I turned an IFAK pouch into a sturdier T travel pack than my previous little med bag(not gonna be taking both T vials with me everywhere I go but I put em both in just for the picture). Thought some of yall would appreciate it. Also got myself an ammo can for the rest of my syringes and needles because the boxes are irritating as hell to store. Also I just wanted an ammo can.

Additionally, how do we know that [best currently available theory] is true, and not [dominant theory from 100 years ago that repeatedly failed in the face of evidence]? I have found some minor methodological flaws in [studies that were not designed to prove the best available theory, but rather examine edge cases within that theory], so we should really consider [nonsense with no evidence backing it whatsoever].

What's even more bizarre is that the most common "solution" to this is a months-to-years long hazing ritual that has nothing to do with ensuring the patient knows what they're doing, and if you complain about how ridiculously abnormal this is for any kind of healthcare you summon a legion of "um actually" types who insist you're fighting against basic pre-surgical consultations.
